UPDATE 5/24/2025 They are so unprofessional. I went in the drive thru and they took my receipt and asked me to move way upfront. I sat waiting for 20 minutes and someone came out to ask "what are you waiting for?!". I am beyond livid. I am not stopping at this McDonald's again. This is why I get for giving them another chance. They're the absolute worst. I went inside to get my order and there's so many employees just standing around chitchatting and laughing, meanwhile I'm sitting outside waiting on food. So disrespectful and rude.
Original Review I am always hesitant about this McDonald's because of the intersection, however, when I do order food here it is always a disappointment. Today, being my most recent experience, I went through the drive-thru on my way home from a long day at work to be greeted by a rude cashier rushing me through my order. Didn't ask if I wanted anything else just kept rushing me to the window to pay. He marked both meals I ordered as large with the drink and fries as medium, it looked odd. Then I said no onions or pickles on my burger. I paid, and was rushed to the next window only to be greeted by someone who didn't appear to know where they were. I confirmed my order and then was handed medium drinks, and told them that I wanted large for both. Offered no apologies, was just given more confused looks by the employee. I leave and get home to find onions and pickles on my burger. I called the number on my receipt multiple times and no one answers and no option to leave a voicemail. I genuinely need to give up fast food. I am often reminded of the poor service and inaccurate food provided. I highly encourage making time to go to a different establishment for food if you want your order right and want to be treated with kindness. This is not the place for either. I wish I could say there was a long line in the drive-thru and filled with other patrons inside but there were hardly any parking spots taken up, and only one other car behind me. There is no excuse for the lack of good service...
Read moreWent for veterans day and had a very unpleasant encounter with an incompetent manager name Thelma, at least that's the name she gave me. But the visit went as this: I being a veteran of the USMC I wanted to enjoy the meals giving to us by many restaurants but I decided to patronize McDonald's which was right down the street from where I was staying. I go in and before I make my order I confirmed first if they are honoring vets on veterans day. They young lady at the counter said they were but didn't known the promotion code so she called the manager over to get the instructions on how to put the promotion code in: That's when the unpleasantry came in. First the manager said they were not honoring veterans but this was all after the young lady already told me she witness at least 3 vets being served earlier by it be employees. Which is why she called the manager over to assist her. Now the manager right out refused to serve me because she just got in and didn't know about honoring vets on veterans day. She not knowing I already know they honor vets before I came I asked the cashier to call the manager back up to the front. Now I'm really holding my composure because the manager was really getting under my skin with the attitude she was displaying as if I was bothering her for asking her to do her job. After suggesting that she call the other manager and finding out if it was true and how to do the promotion, instead she gives me attitude. Now after she finally called the other manager to find out that yes they were to honor the vets she instead of apologizing for the ride attitude she gives more attitude and also ask for my ID to prove I was a veteran. The cashier had already verified my ID before even calling for her assistance. Women like her shouldn't have a job in fast food let alone be a manager. Professionalism is the point and as a manager she was lacking that. Now what she don't know is I've posted this review and am calling her supervisor on Monday to file a...
Read moreIs this McDonald's today 723. To order some breakfast paid $25 total. Had to go tinkle parked and went inside the dining room was closed however the front counter was open and the drive-thru was open. I asked to use the bathroom and had my mask on and they said the bathroom was closed. I told the worker but to drive through is not closed and your counter is not closed. How is it that you're not closed for us to spend money and this restaurant, but we're not allowed to use your bathroom. What if I had an emergency? So I tried to call the manager and the worker gave me a bogus number I'll call back and told them the number was not a working number where I could leave a message for the manager or the franchise owner. And was told we don't give out certain information about contact. It is unfair to a consumer who comes to a restaurant pay their money to go through drive-thru or counter and not allowed access to use the bathroom especially when it's a McDonald's we frequent these franchises constantly and there are many that leave their bathroom open even if the dining area is closed I will not go there anymore unless they change this policy it's enough we already wearing masks and gloves and doing all the other things everyone should be able to use a bathroom so we went down the street to Jack in The box who is another restaurant who's fast food will drive through dining room and counter the dining room seems to be closed the front counter is open the drive-thru is open and also their bathroom is open that's what you call fair and consideration to a...
