Ostioneria Aranda's — Restaurant in Houston

Ive been a long time customer over 20 yrs...but after last night's dinner i will never go back...there staff of waitresses pick n choose who they want to serve...drinks were never refilled i had to get up and go get it myself ..ordered a cheeseburger that never made it to the table for my son n was still going to get charged for it...i told the waitress (Amelia) about it at the counter n her reply with an ATTITUDE!!! was i had bigger orders than that...well ok why not say so ahead of time not have us wait over 30 min for it like idiots n never come once back to the table....passed us up plenty of times just ignored us as if we were not there.....worse service ever in over 20 yrs I've been going there...asta nunca mas ...me and my husband will go elsewhere...that female was so lucky i held my composure...i would of snatched her ass from my side of the counter...anyways i dont recommend it...take your money to a place you will be...

I usually never post reviews, because I don’t like to complaint about anything. This place used to be our favorite place to go to, I am not going to lie they have great food but the service is horrible, I hate going to places where you are not acknowledged. Once you enter to this place, there is not a welcome or anything, you have to find a table and sit, but what is frustrating is that when it’s busy everyone seems lost. I waited over 20 minutes to see if anyone would come or at a least say something, after waiting for so long I decided to leave. I hope they change the system they have right now, because as a customer I certainly don’t like to go to a place where they have to feel like they are forced to serve. I highly recommend NOT GOING to this place, unless you don’t mind waiting, and have waiters giving you...

Two stars. The food was good and the waitress was amazing. Other than that I did not have a very good experience here over all. Mainly the fact that the music was wayyy too loud! They sat us and some time later we had to ask to put the volume down because it was so bad to a point where we couldn't even talk to each other. Time passed and nothing was changed. Waitress came, noticed the music too loud and went to tell them again. Apperently the cooks kept putting the volume up. Eventually the volume was good but got a bit louder after that. It came to a point where we couldn't really enjoy being there so we just wrapped up and left. I felt sorry for the waitress because she seemed like she really cared and I thanked her many times for her assistance. Too bad some workers don't care much of their guests...
