I never post reviews, but this situation warrants it. I went over to the Panda Express in IAH Terminal E and came across a man trying to order and very clearly pointing at the two things he wanted. The employees were entirely unhelpful, even saying “I dont speak Spanish” and then completely turning their backs on him. I don’t know Spanish either, but it was very easy to figure out what the man wanted so I ordered for him (after waiting for the employees to acknowledge us again).

This is an international airport in Texas with many connections coming from Latin America. I don’t think everyone has to be fully bilingual, but employees should be prepared to at least work with people to get them what they need (which again, he was very communicative about what he wanted to order). It is extremely disrespectful and honestly xenophobic to dismiss and ignore...

Ordered a basic bowl I got to the register and they told me I had a premium Meat , which of course was not listed anywhere on the menu or on the buffet although the employee was quick to argue with me. So they charged me more than price listed on menu. When I got to the gate, I went to eat it. The meat was inedible , Tough, Full of gristle, and the vegetables were completely uncooked. There was no sauce, so the rice was dry. I threw it away even though I was quite hungry. I should’ve known better after having gone to one of their freestanding restaurants before. I was Just trying to eat healthy but got burned. Next time I will go with a burger, box salad No or a bag snack...

I was just inside the food quart at the Houston International Airport when saw dozens of people with Panda Express Styrofoam to-go containers. I asked a Panda Express employee [cashier] how many customers they serve each day, she immediately replyed "7,000-8,000 every single day".

Imagine how many Panda Expresses world-wide are continuing to use styrofoam containers because they are cheaper for the company rather than switching to a sustainable option. Styrofoam containers are both toxic and non-recyclable. This is NOT sustainable end also adds to our Global Pollution Crisis. Please email Panda Express and help be a part of the solution!

Mediocre experience. Late evening. Long lines. They were out of more things than they had available. Food definitely wasn’t fresh. I get that it’s the end of the day and they try to predict what will be needed to fill orders that may come, but come one you have to have fresh food and you have to have more items available than not. The employees don’t seem to be very patient with all the questions about what menu items are available or will be available. Again, this could be remedied by having most items available. The almond chicken had a great flavor.

In my experience, I discovered this to offer the "best value" in both Terminal E and D. You can expect to spend around 10 to 15 dollars for a meal, which turns out to be quite satisfying. The rice is impeccably cooked and the chicken is notably delicious. While the steak and veggies didn't hit the mark completely, it's important to note that they don't seem to be their forte. Classified as fast food, their menu can be surprisingly health-conscious if you opt for the right components of the meal.

Not a really healthy option (~1,000 calories with no flavor). I got the chow mein with black pepper chicken and orange chicken. The chow mein was tasteless, the black pepper chicken was OK, but the chicken had a chewy texture, and the orange chicken was more flour than chicken. I was not expecting much from it, but I was still disappointed. At least they don’t ask for tip just for handing you the food at the line. Still, one of the best rated places to eat at IAH airport. ☹️
