I would have given (maybe) 3 stars just for the fact that my order is always ok when I order through grub hub, but I'm so angry and disappointed today, that that is not happening. I placed a group order totaling in about $50, with 6 orders. When I arrived to pick it up, they informed me they were out of an item and asked for a substitution, which I gave them. I then get back to work to give everyone their food, only to find out that all but one of the orders was wrong, and one was missing all together. Mine had fire chicken in it (I ordered mushroom chicken and beef/broccoli, they were out of beef/broccoli, so I got cheese rangoons instead). I can't even eat that now because it's too spicy for me. I tried to call guest support, but they haven't been accepting calls for all of the last TWO HOURS that I have been trying. NovaDine (their online order support) put in a refund request, but right now, that's not good enough. I was charged twice for two of the entrees, and on top of that, there will still be a $250 hold on my account for 3-5 business days. On top of that, I have to skip my (very necessary) medication because I need to take food with it, if I don't, I'm sick for the next 2-3 days, and I took up my lunch picking up food and fighting their customer service, so there's no time for me to get something else. Read moreThe asian manager (possibly owner) is extremely mischievous. I won't be returning to this Panda Express anymore. One because of the portion sizes. Not the first time I've ate at a Panda Express, so I know. But the manager and her portion sizes. She's extremely stingy. And I'm sure Panda Express Corporate likes her because she's doing good for the company. But long term, I can see this location shutting down..by reading other comments regarding this same issue. Secondly, and most importantly, please check your receipts and see what they are charging you for. Not everyone checks there receipt and not everyone will speak up. They will charge you for "premium items" when there are no premium items in your cart. I caught it at the register AFTER paying and the asian manager AGAIN, goes "I'm sorry i put the wrong code on the box"....when she's the one who fulfilled the order with her small stingy hands! Super mischievous! But yes, i got my refund because I caught it. I'm sure they do this to alot of people and no one catches it or says anything. Again, I'm sure Panda Express Corporate loves it because she's doing good for the company but they'll know once numerous people like me stop coming here because they're getting cheated out one...
Read moreThe worst panda express that I have been to so far. Very disappointing considering the location. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I ordered a teriyaki chicken bowl with an order of cheese puffs. They told me it would be a 4 minute wait. Cool. So I went to the register to pay while I waited for my food. My coworker was in front of me and paid for her meal, but when it was my turn, the cashier let someone else skip to pay for their food and they weren't even the next customer behide me. After paying, I sat down and waited. About 7-10 mins later, as I watched the servers, I can see them cutting teriyaki chicken for customers who can in after I did and were not waiting. So, i walked up to the register and waited for the cashier to finish the transaction that she was handling to ask her about my order. Before I could even get a word out, she ran strait to the restroom without acknowledging me. So, now at this point I'm irritated. One of the servers handed me my food and I proceeded to sit down and eat.
