Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Houston

If there was a zero star, I could select that. I came into the store to make an order since this was a last minute decision and I did not have time to call it in or order online. I was okay waiting though. First off, the hygiene in this store is questionable, the staff were extremely rude. One lady and one gentleman. The lady had pods in her ears and every time I signaled her to ask a question she ignored me and when she finally came over to the counter, she did not even attempt to answer any of my questions. All I wanted to do was order pizza. They gave me a QR to use and place the order online. The QR code took me to a fundraiser page. When I informed the gentleman, he simply told me “that’s what everyone uses”. I glanced over and was able to find a different QR code which I used to order. The downside to this is I had to fill in all my personal information just to order pizza. I requested to pay using cash and they can key in the order for me, the gentleman refused and walked away. I understand they are busy and it’s only two of them but its not a reason for such kind of poor customer service. I have worked in service industry and I know how difficult the job is but there is no excuse to treat customers like that. I finally placed my order, filled in all the information but still never even got a confirmation message of the order in my phone. When I tried to ask if the order was received, everyone seemed too busy and almost irritated by my presence. I have guests and they want pizza. So I will sit and wait for it… Will follow up on this review later but if there is any manager that wants to hear my experience… I am available. Take your money...

Ordered two pizzas and the order on the website says the order was being delivered. 30 min later I'm still waiting for my delivery I decided to call and the manager says the delivery driver was on the way and he would call if he had any problems with delivery. Well 10 min later the website the food was delivered but wasn't outside my door . As per contactless delivery .. I called the manger answered and said that the delivery driver went home and that they could remake the order and send by delivery again. Which ment another 30-45 min wait. Kids are starving and have to go to bed so we insisted on picking our new order up . The manager --after asking for her name did not want us to give us her name after asking several times .. says pick up was unavailable due to the store being closed . But after explaining to her how we needed our order sooner she decided to credit our account for pickup instead of making a new order . Well we were ok with that seeing that the driver made the mistake. We pick up the pizza and get home and the pizza was terribly made. Too much tomato sauce on the pepperoni pizza and the barbecue chicken wasn't cooked all the way . Both pizza were a total waste of money. The manager who didn't want to give her name says she will refund us the money back and hangs up in our face . We won't be...

I order quite frequently from this location and every single time I have order ranch cups they have always been forgotten. The most recent time I ordered ranch I made sure to check the box in front of the delivery man, the gentlemen apologized again for no ranch and this time I asked him to please let his manager know so I can be credit because by this point it's gotten ridiculous. I know it's only a dollar here and there but it adds up and I really just want the ranch, I would pay triple if it would ensure it's arrival. Well today after placing my order online I called the store to see if the delivery man had notified the manager to which of course he had not. The reason i am writing here today is not because of the experience I have written so far but because when I called the store I spoke with the General Mangager who was not only very rude but choose to blame me as well as the delivery man and not once apologized. He told me he would send me the ranch but stated he would not do it again. I was so taken back by the experience I couldn't do anything but hang up. My order arrived of course again with absolutely NO ranch. I feel the way I was treated was absolutely ridiculous, I was asking for ranch, I could only imagine how someone would have been treated if someone god forbid called to complain...
