This is unacceptingly the third time (IN WHICH I HAVE VIDEO RECORDED PROOF FOOTAGE) that I've come to this particular Sonics and received tremendously hideous customer unsatisfactory within the service by not one time, not by two times but now the third time from the same black American night time shift manager who by the name "tanesha" (spelling correct?) has conducted disgusting health code violating, insulting disrespect with her horrendous management at night shift.
"tanesha" during my first visit looked at me from inside the Sonic's kitchen as I attempted ordering my meal with a spiteful look in her eyes as if she mistook me for someone she knew; proceeding in intentionally stalling to take my order for about nearly 10 minutes, she then took my order within a ghetto 'hood' EXTREMELY rude tone voice demanding instead of friendly asking what would I like to order: "wud dew yew won!?!"
When she came out with my meal she spoke in a very feigning friendly babyish voice, obviously a facetious sarcastic undertone as she apologized for the 15 minute wait even though I was the only one there with about two cars.
She didn't expect me to check my food, as I found her stumbling in her words when she faked acting surprised when I found no hamburger patty between my sandwich, a childish prank that was blatant to common sense she had the cooks unknowingly prepare incorrectly. I was late for a family gathering.
The second visit "tanesha" looked at me from the inside kitchen windows and didn't even answer when I pressed the order button; when she did answer 10-15 minutes later she feigned like she couldn't hear me. 5 minutes later she walked out and took another customers order in person, looked at me and the walked back inside without saying a word. A new employ that walked outside to deliver somebody's food to their car had to stop and politely ask me if I ordered. Instead of the manager, "tanesha", who deliberately ignored me.
She also let the cooks in the food line assemble the food without gloves.
I rejected the food as I should've seeing from contacts to doors, buttons, flushing toilets, etc is a a every work day action by any working person.
This terrible no-valid management skill possessing "tanesha" didn't apologize for the inconvenience, nor gave order for them to immediately put on sanitation gloves and surely most importantly didn't offer me to have my food remade. I left frustrated, because no one wants to enjoy delicious food they've been having a desire for while in a disgruntled mood.
The third time, the worse time, "tanesha" is no where in sight. She has the only line cook, a Hispanic American lady assembling all the food without gloves.
Without gloves.
I tell the young Hispanic American girl which took my order, and she instigates unnecessarily by telling "tanesha" who comes out from the back, late, who attempts to make the sandwich instead ... unprofessionally grabbing the sanitation gloves by the fingers and palms with her bare hands and fingers on purpose (I've got all of this recorded on VIDEO including the line cook who had no gloves on as well) and when a co-worker came out to ask a foolish question intent on instigatingly frustrating me "which won yew wan a burga bun or Texaz toast" (which I heard tanesha say loudly a few minutes earlier "he wons texezz toastz".
When she was informed of her careless, unsanitary misdeed then got blatantly angry unprofessionally, again, acting like a immature child, cancelled my order instead of letting the Hispanic American female cook who had FINALLY PUT ON GLOVES assemble my ordered food like I respectfully requested instead.
No one came outside the kitchen to inform me that my order was canceled. None anything of the such. Rude customer service for the third time, back to back disrespect and incorrectly cooking or receiving incorrect orders.
This must stop, Sonic doesn't need a representation of of community to be conveyed poorly with such ghetto trash of a manager for the fellows within the public community to witness and have...
Read moreUpdate: I have been recompensed with Sonics coupons and told that the unruly nightshift manager "tanesha" will be sat down and spoken with in a counsel.
Will see how the service quality hopefully improves, briefly when I return back to the Houston area, thank you Sonic district director Andrew Miller for your curtesy and kind respect in combating ghetto, ignorancy bannering this Sonic's nightshift management!!!
I came here twice in one week and made two unsuccessful orders the first time thanks to the short black american female shift assistant manager who looks like she's still in grade school by physical appearance and how she came off by her personality.
She always yelled every time she answered the intercom, and she would from what I can comprehend prolong the wait for me to take my order on purpose even though there was about two cars there the first night whom both parties had already ordered.
I order my meal when she finally answers in a extremely unprofessional, rude, ghetto, obnoxious, irritated tone as if it was a migraine to answer my order.
She repeats my order back to me correctly, I wait about 8-10 minutes for my meal and she, the manager, tanesha (or however you spell her name) comes out to bring me my meal in person but physically engages me in a more extremely humble tone than she initially came disrespectful within.
She spoke to me in a very facetious tone, feigning to be friendly as she realized that I wasn't leaving without checking my meal; she really humbled up knowing that she told the Hispanic female cooks to not add the beef patty that I specifically ordered and she repeated twice before she took the order. Then she goofingly acted surprised in a real corny manner as she went back inside to correct the sandwich.
I left because I was going to miss my ride to a party that night and I didn't want to be more late than I already was.
This is the second incident and this is additionally the second night I came back to find the same ghetto rude black american manager girl again who slickly ruined my first order.
I pressed the intercom button to place my order, and again, it took about 7-8 minutes for tanesha to answer in a once again, rude, ghetto, unprofessional, disrespectful, unfriendly tone.
She asks "wud yew wont, helloooooooo helloooooooo" as I tried to communicate with her to place my order. I told her it, and never got a response back. 10 minutes later tanesha (or however you spell her name) comes out to take the wrong guys order deliberately, and was about to walk back inside before I called her over to accordingly place my order.
She insultingly ignored me, and walked back inside. It took almost 10 minutes later for the white American newly employed young lady to come out and to professionally, kindly and appropriately take my order.
My order finally was taken correctly, but the Hispanic cooks weren't following sanitary guidelines by assembling burgers/sandwiches with gloves on their hands so I had to decline the meal and receive a misorder yet again.
This all accounts to tanesha's severely poor management, and immature dealings surprisingly that she's 35 years old but conveys the attitude of a 5 year old mentally underdeveloped petty acting child while on duty at work, giving no good credit to Sonic's 63 year old long standing status of renown, being in particular one of the nearest to one of Houston's prime tourist attractions, The Galleria.
I get off of work paying my just dues, and alI want to do is pick up ale foodrto go home with, no contention no silly unnecessary conflicts.
This is not appropriate work conductivity or a good look for a franchise within the community, that serves the public community where the representation is upheld by ghetto acting trashy behavior which is why I leave both this review online and report to the superiors of...
Read moreI placed an order on 3/14 at around 9:20 pm for two small Oreo blasts. I paid via debit card at the stall. The location was extremely busy with multiple customers in stalls and the drive-thru. After approximately 15-20 minutes of waiting I noticed that most of the customers received their orders and I was still waiting. I pressed the red button to inquire details on when I would receive my order. A woman who identified herself as the manager claimed that they didn’t receive an order and that I just pulled up to the stall. After giving details of everything I witnessed while waiting in addition to showing proof of payment with my banking app that included today’s date and store #4369, she still refused to provide me with my order. I informed her that she would be stealing from me since I paid for a product that I had not received. I refuse to be taken advantage of even if the payment is only for $8.64. I informed her that I would call the cops for this incident. After a couple of minutes of discussion, she then walked away while saying she didn’t want to argue any longer and would just give it to me. This is highly unprofessional and upsetting. I left sonic at 10:05pm, that’s 45 minutes of waiting for two small Oreo blasts. Either they cleared the order in their system or gave my order to someone else accidentally. Regardless, I paid for my order and showed proof of payment. It’s not my problem for their mix up. This location has messed up my order on numerous occasions to the point where I’ve been visiting another location further away from my home. Just when I decided to give this location another chance, this happens. Please provide updated training to management and staff. I will not patronize this...
