I’ve been coming to this location since they’ve opened! They have great quality food, speedy service and great customer service. However, today I completely forgot it was a cashless establishment. When I was going to pay with cash, the cashier Giovanni mentioned it was cashless and I explained to him that I didn’t have my cards or Apple Pay on my cell. He was very kind and understood my situation right away. He told me to not worry about it and just leave a review. I was baffled at how understanding he immediately was. Read more12/17/23 Went to the car to check my food they gave me a bland bowl of noodles the manager touched the shrimp I was returning to show me they’re fried and had a batter on them, he said he was going to toss them idk. At that point I should’ve just requested a refund. Got home the crab wontons tasted straight out of a bag. They also had what appeared to be frozen chicken just sitting out in the open on the counter for over 20mins. Then he walked out to my car to tell me how to order it next time. That was Out of line! I won’t be returning ever. Should’ve went nxt door to chipotle. I really want a refund...
Read moreHorrible !! I didn’t like the food.my order was about $12.55 and when I told the guy to change my food for two order of dumplings which would be equivalent to the amount I spend. When I finally get my order he only gave me one out of the two, and when I asked him again for the second one he gets mad so I proceeded to ask him for a refund because one of the dumplings is only $6.
