I hate to rate them so low because I’m actually a very lenient person, but…..

I’ll start off with , the pizza was delicious! It looked like dominos but tasted wayyyy better! Downsides… $18 for a medium. Sheesh! And it’s a solid medium size, maybe a little on the smaller side. There’s no seating. It’s a walk up or drive-up only. So people were eating pizza on their trunks and hoods of cars. Eh 🤷🏽‍♀️. It was our first time so we asked for a little time to read the menu, they kept coming back to the window to see if we were ready in which we weren’t yet. With my history and customer service, that’s usually a great time to give recommendations or ask your customer what types of pizza they like etc. instead of just closing the window and saying I’ll be back in a little bit. That’s not required, but it would be very helpful to newbies, show that they care and maybe get orders in quicker! I can’t really give a high score on atmosphere because there isn’t much of an atmosphere. You just stand in the parking lot and there’s not much atmosphere to the parking lot. The building is semi-interesting to look at. There are lots of windows and you can see what looks like hundreds of pizza boxes stacked everywhere, which I guess is kinda cool. I may give it another try if I am in the area, but most likely won’t go out of my way to go back. Highly recommend Mony’s Pizzeria! Amazing customer service. The owners are beautiful people and they take care of you and remember you when you return....

UPDATE (moved to top, got lost when it's below original) - I wanted to order but I didn't bc I didn't want to add food I wasn't planning on eating. The delivery fee is outrageous and I'm within a mile easy of your location. Every place I've ordered from that has a minimum tends to be more accepting that if you get close, they'll call it good and I'm not sure why the delivery fee doesn't apply to the order total assuming as most places say the delivery fee doesn't go to the driver. If it indeed does not, then it should be considered into the total. Hope that helps explain my frustration. Russo's in midtown doesn't have a minimum nor a delivery fee. So the driver gets a great tip every time they come out. I was hoping to compare your pizza to them but I guess I'll just stick to russo's.

ORIGINAL - Says minimum $15 for deliver. Ordering online, it adds a $4 delivery fee and that puts my order at $15.90. Says they can't deliver bc it's not $15 yet. Wants me to find another $5 worth of food to put it over $20 to then deliver. What a shame and waste. Place looked somewhat promising for a great pizza but I don't need the extra food just for it to be delivered. Hope you can last at least a year with that...
