Saw the new place in the area and read the (at the time) very positive reviews. Decided to order over phone and the lady was very nice and courteous. 2 medium pizzas and it was stated that it would 15-20 minutes. She made it sound like that was longer than usual as it was getting busier.
Pizza didn’t come out until almost 1 hour past their commitment. Sounded like from the commotion that they over committed to Uber/doordash/whatever and their own orders.
Pizza itself was just “ok”. Honestly, it was a slightly better chain pizza.
If you’re going to be in this business you have to distinguish yourself. You clearly have a tie to “better ingredients” as you state your partnerships clearly. You’re based in Texas. Build on that and you be can be successful. But get your pizzas out fast...

Do not recommend this location at all! They are selling TRASH. I would give 0 stars if I could. Rock hard mozzarella sticks completely inedible. The fact that a worker made this trash and saw it fit to box up and send someone home with is absolutely appalling. Mind you it was two orders so I paid $17+ for TRASH. Absolutely no dignity, respect and honestly no sense. Absolutely ruined my appetite and faith in their food because you obviously do not care about your customers and what they are getting so what else do you neglect?? I visited this place about four months ago and the pizza was delicious; however on subsequent visits the quality has diminished and the service is subpar. A young girl was at the register and shorted me five dollars and when I tried to explain to her she appeared to be under the influence of something and it wasn't the aroma of melting cheese that's for sure. She seemed in a daze and I had to ask for a manager who was able to correct her mistake yet he didn't apologize.
