Bad place to order high turnover rate really stressful place to work with minimum pay lol everything rose in price but workers still paid 8.25 an hour lol. Customer really ghetto mostly African American ppl complain and Hispanic ppl as well. Always homeless ppl come in and don’t let you eat in peace as they are soliciting inside or outside. The security guard is pathetic as he is really old and doesn’t do shot. Also if they ran out of a certain thing they will substitute it with another without letting u know and it’s hard to get a refund. Also as I seen they hire ppl with out proper documents and explote them in a way. Managers don’t know what they are doing. Don’t work here if u don’t have tough skin...

Good selection of subs and sandwiches. This location has been one of the best ones by far. The staff is young but very well trained. I can see that they take their cleaning serious. This location is well placed because there is a park across the street in the Alief Center so people looking for the healthy option are in luck. I usually keep it simple and order a Turkey sub with the works. I got the wrong chips and went back inside to see if i could replace them with the right ones. The young man gave me the green light without hesitation. Make sure you put your phone away so they can make your sub correctly. People on their phones will usually slow down the line. Ladies making the food was friendly, didnt speak a lot of English, but friendly. I ordered a salad and soup, chips and drink. They shorted me meat on the salad and i got 2/3 amout of soup. Then the guy who checked me out tried to charge me for a lg drink. When he told me my total i told him that didnt sound right. Then he gave me my drink cup, which was lg, and i said i wanted the regular one. He said that it would be more. I said that i wanted the smaller one not the lg. He didnt like it but changed my order. He was also rude. Then as im eating my cheated salad, i found a hair in it!!!! Im done with THIS...
