Yesterday, a craving for some juicy chicken wings struck! Luckily, the Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen on Northwest Freeway was nearby. Pulling into the drive-thru, I was met with a friendly voice from the speaker. The crew patiently explained the different wing flavors, even though there was a line of cars behind me. I felt no pressure to rush my decision, which I appreciated. When I pulled up to the window to pay, the crew member not only complimented my order but made sure I had everything I needed – a complete set of sauces, plates, napkins, and even plastic utensils! It was a small gesture, but it showed just how much they cared about making my Popeyes experience a pleasant one. The crew's courtesy and attentiveness, on top of the quick service despite the line, really impressed me. I left with my bag of wings, a smile on my face, and a definite plan to return soon. Keep up the fantastic work, Popeyes team on Northwest Freeway! You've got a loyal customer here.

You've dropped from a 5 star to a 1 star review. Where's the iced tea? Every beverage you sell is loaded with sugar or chemicals to simulate sugar. See the attached pic. I've crossed out all drinks that are not sweetened. It doesn't make sense. You go to all of the work of filling a tea dispenser, but you fill it with mud water and sugar. If someone wants "sweet tea" (which tastes like syrup and mud) sell them REAL ICED TEA and let them add their own sugar. Very disappointing. About 2 years ago you stopped selling your only (slightly) healthy side dish... Green beans. What's next? No more biscuits? Or no more mashed potatoes? Just a tub of hot lard with chicken floating in it? You might as well change your name to the JUNK FOOD SUGAR SHACK. - - because that's where you're headed. I'm done. Good bye. Never coming back.

Slow, slow service. Employees were clowning around behind the counter. They saw me standing there, but it took them a few good minutes before they were done effing around to take my order. Ordered 3-piece spicy white meal To Go. Went home to find 1 non-spicy breast and two wings, one of them with barely a shred of chicken on it. How are these considered equal pieces?

Ther service here is horrible!!! I sat in my car in the parking lot to make this review because of how upset I was from the experience from both Shift Managers. I was here the day before and ordered the $5 special and asked for 2 wings and 1 leg, order was ready at drive through window no problems from the young man workers ng drive through. I came back today but this time I decided to go inside for the first time and the Shift Manager, Ivone A. comes to take my order with a bad attitude. I tried to order exactly what I had gotten the day before and she rudely starts telling me I can't have that. I'm trying to ask how did I get it the day before and she rudely cuts me off stating you're going to get a leg, wing, and a thigh. I ask her how much extra would it be to get another wing in place of the thigh? A legit question, right? No she starts getting even more mad but the whole time I am trying to figure out why?! She thens turns and walk off and go to the back talking to some other employees. Mean while I'm just standing there. So I finally ask the young lady on drive thru and the other Shift Manager Devon if someone can take my order and neither one came over to do it. I finally ask the Shift Manager Devon if he can come take my order, he does but with attitude. I try to explain what just happened but he was acting like he didn't want to hear it. I tell him I want a 3 piece all wings and a biscuit. He tells me a total and I try to tell him the screen is showing 3 legs but he cut me off and said it doesn't matter it's all the same price. After him having an attitude as well I ask him for the Manager, who comes out and listens to my complaint but obviously by her body language I could tell nothing was going to be done about anything I said of my experience. And get this, Ivone A. was standing back there the whole time doing nothing!!! I stated repeatedly to the manager that her attitude and customer service was not professional at all and she needs to apologize. The manager says it won't happen again and she was sorry this happened. I asked how do I make a complaint against Ivone and she told me I had to go on Google or do the survey on the back of the recipe. If I can help someone out by not coming to this location with this review, then yay! If you are looking for good customer service, good attitudes from the staff, quality chicken then don't come to this location! Yesterday the chicken was good and fresh. Today the chicken was old and dry. The biscuit was too hard to eat. If I could give a 0 star review I would. Now I remember why I don't come here. Save yourself from all of this by not coming here. I know I will never come back to...

As with all Popeyes I've been to, the food is great. I can't complain about the food one bit The service though is clearly terrible, they desperately need someone who actually understands management and organisation. Simply ordering for a quick takeout is ridiculous. I use the app, by the time I get there my order is ready as I can see it on the screen on the wall saying it's ready. It'll take 15 mins of standing around just to finally get someone's attention. I could even see my order on the counter out of reach the whole time. The order on the phone doesn't have a number so I gotta prove I'm the one for that order. By the time I finally get my food home it's cold. They need to learn to keep the orders in numerical order, call them out more often, just do better at getting the orders moving out the door faster. They can cook them fast enough, it's getting them out the door that is...
