Q — Restaurant in Houston

I was originally the only one in line. After placing my order through their very convoluted QR ordering system (which never worked) all employees seemed to go on break. One employee cleaning. After 12 minutes the employees returned and filled the orders which were placed after me. Another customer walked up and asked how long it would be if they placed an order, I told her I was there about 20 minutes. An employee stated I needed to expect 15-20 minutes for food so they weren’t late. Even though it only took 3 minutes for them to fulfill my order when they started, I received my food after 17 minutes of it being in the system. 29 minutes after trying to place the order. The only way they can give an employee discount is to sign up for an account through the QR system, which does not work. So, no employee...

I got the 3 meat platter + 2 sides. Biggest waste of money. It came with 2 skinny ribs, 2 thin slices of briskets and some pulled pork. Not only is the amount little but the bbq taste is wayyyy below mediocre. Super bland! Don’t be fooled by the pretty aesthetics of the place.

I got the food and walked 1 minute before opening and seeing how sloppily they tossed everything in. I should have read the reviews but honestly never coming back here.

The coleslaw was just cabbage mixed with water. Completely bland. Mac and cheese was just okay.

Overall, please take the reviews seriously and don’t waste your time and money...

So annoyed. Had to ask for our food after using the mobile app. No one ever said hello, can I get you anything, or go to hell. It felt like the later. Anyway after getting our three meat platter it had died in the back because we were missing a side an no one asked us what we wanted to exchange it for. Anyway.. After ordering the replacement side, it still didn't come. Had to ask again. Still waiting on water to wash this dry BBQ down with, but no luck....
