This Mexican restaurant has a little Asian fusion in it's menu. The restaurant wasn't busy and we weren't seated quickly. Chips were warm and needed salt. Red salsa was brothy and the green sauce was yellowish with a buttery flavor. Beef fajitas looked steamed vs seared. I ordered the ceviche tostada with lettuce in place of the chip. I wasn't advised that the shredded lettuce would cost 2.99 and it was not served as requested but after I finished eating. The ceviche had a good flavor. I also ordered the mussels in spicy green sauce. The sauce had a great flavor but apparently contained cheese which wasn't listed in it's description on the menu. The sauce was stringy and as it cooled, the cheese began to solidify. I am not a fan of loads of cheese. Our server tried to bring food to us that we didn't order and did not believe us when we reminded her of our actual order. This restaurant was not busy so we were confused about the food mix up. She had no idea what the green sauce served with chips was flavored with and seemed not to know about the cheese. So sorry, thanks anyway, here's your bill. All this to say, we left very unsatiafied and will keep driving next time.

This place was very "meh". We came here with a group for a birthday lunch. Made reservations the day before. There was literally no one there when we got there, and everything still took forever. Drinks took forever, food took a while, etc. If hadn't asked for a refill of my drink it would have never came. Our food came out sporadically. No where near the same time. Mine was last, and it was just enchiladas. My food wasn't bad, but nothing to write home about. Some of our party liked their food, others didn't. So, just "meh". I thought the service was slow, they were nice, but didn't seem to have any speed. We brought our own cake and they put it in the fridge for us, which was nice. But when we asked for it, it took a while to get it. Keep in mind, there was only two other tables there and those weren't large parties. It's probably not somewhere I'll go back to, unless a group was going. This was on a Saturday at 1PM.

12-21-21: came to try out at lunch by myself. 1 car in parkin lot... went in anyway. Was solo customer, which could skew my 5 stars... but... Verde dip is excellent, had fried platter...shrimp, dish, calamari rive and fries... calamari could of been a little crisper but had great flavor. Ofcourse service was great, lol. Everything was dang good! Everyone has different expectations and taste so I'd say you need to go try it yourself!! I'll be back! 17.31 for huge portion... gonna have leftovers for dinner so that brings down cost! It's good, go try it. I very rarely do reviews but felt compelled. It was the savor combo empanizado.

Food is excellent and hands down 5 stars! Service however, definitely needs some enhancement. I realized we stick out like a sore thumb being Asian and walking into a huge Mexican restaurant. But that doesn’t justify treating us any different. I always try to give every restaurant at least 2 chances before writing my personal experience, and second visit solidified my thoughts.

Upon arrival at 3:30 on a Saturday, it was not busy at all and my mom and I were the only ones who were seated at the main dining area. Everyone else was seated at the bar. Drinks were ordered and everything started off good. Ordered a ceviche and chips and salsa came out. After munching on our appetizer for a little bit, I decided to ask for small plates, napkins, and silverware. Our server only gave us one plate… for two people! Okay whatever. Water was not offered nor served after ordering two margaritas!

We ordered a large soup and stated we were sharing. He did not bring out any bowls. We ordered the red snapper and still had to be creative in sharing plates bc he seem unhappy each time we asked for something. Then we had several flies flying around our food which became super annoying… aside from the terrible service.

In the middle of our meal, the restaurant workers decided to play a joke and blast the music to an extremely uncomfortable level. Seriously, I have my elderly mother with me and she has heart issues… what makes you think you can do that to paying patrons who’s trying to enjoy their meal mid day? The guests and servers took notice of how uncomfortable we were and we couldn’t even talk. We just kinda glanced over to see them just giggling at us. They finally lowered the volume after 2 mins of blasting and laughing at us. It was super rude and unpleasant.

Asked for the check but the guy never made his way to getting it. So we walked up front to take care of it. The server ended up standing there with the host who was checking us out, and watched me as I wrote my tip. Don’t expect a good tip for terrible service! It’s called working hard for your money, and clearly hard work was not...

We've dined in before. Be aware on weekends they have bandas and it's LOUD. So loud you can't hear your partner across the table, much less the wait staff to order. Idk how they manage, but they must! I have sensory issues so we asked to sit in a quieter spot and they had no problem with that. Service is friendly and fast! The food came promptly and was delicious, I had the ceviche mixtas and my partner got the sabor combo empanizado, mixed fried seafood platter. Comes with fish, shrimp, calamari, fries, fried rice, a salad and some sauce. The sauce though, tastes like marinara. There was no cocktail or tartar sauce which I found strange but didn't mention. We didn't take pictures that night, however I did get takeout of the same fried platter myself. It was still fast service, and I'm positive cooked to order because there were no dine-in clients at 2pm that day. It just wasn't as good, though. The fish, shrimp, AND the calamari were so hard and rubbery I couldn't enjoy them. Maybe an off day, idk. I'll still go back, they have a large wonderful looking menu. Next time I'll get...
