I am very disappointed in my experience here today. I ordered two salads online with the virus going on and not being able to eat at the restaurant. I was at work and not able to pick the salads up and did not get a chance to call the location until thirty minutes later. Was speaking to the General Manager there and was told that I was not able to be refunded because I didn’t call before my order was ready and they weren’t going to throw the salad away and waste it but instead keep my money anyways. I am a General Manager myself and this is not how we treat our guests at my business. This is unacceptable and very rude of the general manager running this place. Will not be returning to this...

The pesto chicken was delicious!! I liked that they let me try it before they put it in my salad.

Disappointed with price!!! I had never been, so didn't know how it worked. I had been told that everything was included in the price, so I put a lot on there. Come to find out, the protein and various other items are extra. There are SMALL signs saying it is extra that I saw AFTER I ordered, but the staff didn't tell me it anything extra and I feel they should have.

Dropping my rating by a star today. I got a small salad with 3 small shrimp and 1/2 an avocado; charged me OVER $18. Won't be coming back at this price to just get overrated lettuce and skimpy portions. (Previous review from 2022: Consistently good and fresh. Rapid service, exceptionally clean, and very fresh.
