Service: I recently visited the establishment on Friday, June 20th, during Happy Hour, and unfortunately, the service was subpar. Upon arriving at 4:20 PM, I noticed that there were fewer than eight customers inside the bar, yet there were approximately four bartenders standing around, engaged in conversation. The two female bartenders were preoccupied with their phones, browsing mini skirts, and seemed to be inattentive to my presence. After waiting patiently for approximately five minutes, I requested a cocktail menu and water. Once I placed my order, I received my water and cocktail, and was asked to provide a card to initiate a tab. I supplied my card, but then experienced a significant delay, waiting over thirty minutes for my caviar service in a non-crowded bar. I approached who I believed to be the manager, Tommy, and politely inquired about the status of my order. Tommy assured me that it was being prepared. However, shortly thereafter, the male bartender attending to me informed me that there had been a mistake and my order had not been processed. Regrettably, I did not receive an apology. It appears that the inclusion of a 20% gratuity may have contributed to a sense of complacency among the staff. As a first-time patron, I was disappointed to find that the service did not align with the high standards that I would expect from an establishment of this caliber, particularly one owned by Sina Khaef. Notably, the valet drivers and host were exceptions, providing pleasant service. To improve, I suggest that the management focus on providing employee coaching and training to enhance attentiveness and work ethic. I have included a photograph to substantiate my claims of the bar staff just standing around chatting.
Food: My experience with the caviar service was underwhelming.
Cocktails: The cocktails were of good quality.
Ambiance: Sante boasts a sophisticated ambiance, making it a...
Read moreWalking into Santé feels like stepping into another world. The décor is refined and sophisticated, with warm, low lighting that immediately sets the tone for an elegant and relaxing evening. The design of the space creates an atmosphere that’s both stylish and welcoming, making it the perfect spot for a night out.
The music was one of the highlights of the evening, carefully curated to match the mood of the place. It added life and energy without ever being overwhelming, striking the right balance between vibrant and classy. Combined with the stunning setting, it gave the whole experience a special rhythm that carried the night beautifully.
And then, the drinks, each cocktail was crafted with care, well-balanced, and absolutely delicious. It’s clear the bar takes pride in their mixology, offering not just beverages but experiences in a glass. Every sip was as memorable as the last. We tried the House Margarita, The Man at the Crossroads, The Merry Drinker, and a Cosmopolitan, all of them were amazing.
Yet even with such an incredible setting, the true star of our evening was Paola. From the moment we arrived, she was super friendly, always with a big smile for my wife and me, and very attentive to every detail, always present without ever being intrusive. She made sure we were comfortable, checked in on us at just the right moments, and thoughtfully asked if we’d like another round of drinks before we even had to think about it. Her warmth, kindness, and professionalism transformed a great night into an extraordinary one.
Santé already stands out as a destination for its atmosphere, music, and cocktails, but with Paola’s extraordinary service, the evening became truly unforgettable.
Highly recommended to anyone looking for a place that combines elegance, flavor, and genuine...
Read moreHi, I’m giving 3 star for now because of a confusing and frustrating experience I had recently.
I was stopped by a security guard at the entrance, apparently because I was wearing Jordans (or possibly Nikes). However, after checking your website, I didn’t see any specific mention that Jordans or Nikes are not allowed.
What made the situation more confusing was that while I was being turned away, I saw other men who were not Black being allowed in while wearing sneakers. When I pointed this out to the security guard, he simply said, “Those aren’t Nikes.”
Then, on another day when I was inside the venue, I saw three white women dressed entirely in what looked like streetwear — jeans and simple tops. This stood out because your dress code clearly states that streetwear is not allowed.
For reference, your dress code says: "At Santé, we kindly request our guests to adhere to a business casual or upscale fashionable dress code. Men are required to wear sleeves and pants. Please note that the following attire may not be permitted: athleisure wear, slides, flip-flops, cutoffs, excessively revealing clothing, exposed undergarments, hats or caps, backpacks, and streetwear fashion. Management reserves the right to adjust the dress code at any time to maintain the elevated ambiance of our lounge."
Based on that, I’m unsure whether my shoes fall under “streetwear fashion,” and I’d appreciate some clarification. I do plan to visit again and want to make sure I follow the guidelines correctly, but I also hope the rules are being enforced fairly and consistently for everyone.
Be aware also the bill sometimes includes paying for Dj. I was told to pay extra because of that too.
Thanks. But i again this is...
