I’ve been getting amazing Russian/European manicures for a few months now, but my normal manicurist is really far. So in an effort to find a closer salon to home, I decided to give O.P. Beauty Lab a try. The good: Everyone was so kind and friendly. Immediately started working on my manicure upon arrival. The manicurist was so sweet and did a decent job on my cuticle work. The not so good: I asked for short square nails and wanted extensions since my natural nails were really short and broken. (Due to the distance I’m not able to keep up with my manicures. Completely my fault and not the fault of my original manicurist.đŸ˜©) I showed her the photo below and said “this is exactly what I want.” Essentially, I wanted the same color, shape, length, etc. The builder/poly gel applied was not spread out evenly leaving me with “turtle shell” nails. The edges of the nails were paper thin and the side walls were not even fully covered but the center of the nails had a big balloon size product. She also only fixed one nail and did no extensions. I absolutely hated it and asked her if she could please fix the apex and shape, but she said it was just the builder/poly gel and there was nothing she could do. I mentioned I get Russian/European manicures all the time and I have never walked out with nails like these, but she insisted I was wrong. I then decided to smile, politely say thank you, go pay and take the loss. I paid $85 for a manure I came home to redo because I could not stand to look at it. I removed most of the gel and did my own builder gel extensions with forms. I am not a pro by any means, but my work is still much better than what I paid for and that’s what really annoys me. I do my own nails because I hate the feeling of paying for something and being disappointed, but I do not enjoy doing them. This is not meant to bash the salon, or the people, but a simple honest review about a bad manicure. Please do better. There is no reason why nails should ever look like this. Please see photos for reference.

I wanted to love this salon—especially since it was my birthday treat—but unfortunately, I walked out disappointed and won’t be returning. I’ve received far better service at basic chain nail salons for half the price. I was excited based on the glowing reviews and the promise of high-end Russian manicure and pedicure techniques. But the experience fell completely flat. My nails were left unfinished, my pedicure was mediocre at best, and the manicure was borderline painful. She nicked my cuticles multiple times, didn’t properly clean under my toenails, and left sharp corners on my fingernails that scratched my skin when I pulled my shorts down. Several nails already broke off within 24 hours, and others are jagged and uneven. Instead of walking out feeling pampered and polished, I left needing to go to Sally’s to fix what they didn’t finish—buffing out e-file marks, smoothing out ridges, and trying to salvage what’s left of a $95 service. Before my appointment, I explicitly said I didn’t want my mani and pedi done at the same time because it’s uncomfortable and strains my back, but they ignored that and did it anyway. As someone who doesn’t do their nails often, I’m pretty low-maintenance and easy to please, but even the basics weren’t done right. To be clear, the staff was polite and professional, but the service itself? Completely unacceptable. This was supposed to be a treat. Instead, it was a waste of time, money, and energy. Nothing about this experience makes me want to return—or recommend this place to anyone.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5-Star Nail Salon Experience! I’ve been to many nail salons over the years, but this one truly stands out — not only for the quality of work but also for the warm and welcoming atmosphere. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a smile and treated with such care and professionalism. Diana did a beautiful job with my gel polish — her color recommendations were spot on, and her precision was amazing! She’s incredibly skilled and made sure everything looked flawless. Lilia handled my pedicure, and it was honestly one of the most relaxing experiences I’ve had in a long time. She was gentle, thorough, and made my feet feel brand new. Katya also is great she also does a perfect job with either pedicure or gel manicure. She also does my husband’s manicure. Each of these ladies brought their own unique touch to the experience, and you can tell they really care about their clients. The salon itself is clean, stylish, and comfortable. Definitely my go- to.

ONE STOP SHOP!! I have been coming to O.P. Beauty Lab since 2019 for my eyebrows. Oleysa is the ONLY person who has touched my eyebrows since! Oleysa recommended which eyebrow service would work the best for me and throughly explained the entire process including the products that would be used and aftercare. I have my eyebrow touch up twice a year. Fast forward to today O.P. Beauty Lab has grown! Now they offer all beauty services including weight-loss message’s, techniques and healthy food recommendations by Nina! After just 2 sessions with Nina i could already see a difference in my back and stomach. Before my sessions with Nina, i had to pick my belly up to touch the C-section scar i have
now I don’t have to pick my belly up to feel it! My back rolls have went from big 6 to a small 4. I have more sessions to go! I ABSOLUTELY LOOOOVE the manicure & pedicure techniques the ladies use!!! Hands down the best i have EVER had! My first mani/pedi lasted a month! Actually i probably could have waited gone longer because it still looked & felt fantastic! All my nails have actually become stronger and my feet doesn’t get that build up on my heels anymore since i have been getting my mani/pedi’s here. Lastly, my LASHES! I use to go to Amazing Lash, until i had an extremely bad experience with them, they are very expensive and the lashes doesn't last long. After my eye healed i was scared to get my lashes done again, so i switched to wearing strips. I wore strips for almost 2 years. For me personally as a busy mother of 3, I definitely need to already have my brows and lashes done when i wake up otherwise
it just may not happen that day LOL! My Lash Technician is ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL! I told her about my last experience at amazing lash and how i was scared. My eyes kept watering, i jumped a few times and was scared to open my eyes. She definitely had ALOT of patience & took great care of me! Now when i get my lashes refilled i fall asleep because I’m so relaxed! I have big eyes, so i need full volume with length, but not too heavy so my eyes look closed or tacky, but brighter to pop and look like its actually my lashes. I asked and she DELIVERED! O.P. Beauty Lab also offers hair services. I have not tried the hair services yet, but I can say every time i come its busy over there and the women’s hair look amazing! The energy at O.P Beauty Lab is light, positive and friendly. As soon as you walk thru the door Desirù greets you by name with a warm welcome and while you have your services done or waiting she makes sure you comfortable the entire time! Everyone here pays great attention to detail, the quality of products are good, the techniques used are not harmful, its ALWAYS CLEAN & SANITARY! If you do have to wait (I highly doubt it) You dont have to wait long at all! It Smells good and everyone is so nice and friendly! I Literally Love coming here & i’m always recommending people to set up an appointment and...
