What a joke. I should have learned my lesson the MANY times I’ve had my order messed up, waited 20+ minutes, and been given a rude attitude... but I keep hoping and thinking CERTAINLY with negative reviews and feedback being posted regularly that corporate or at least the local branch manager would take notice and care and make some changes. I was wrong. I just had the carhop hand me two floats, and when I asked him if they were 2 floats rather than the float and milkshake I ordered, I was assured rudely they were different items, as ordered. I took a sip of both and they were both floats. When I told the carhop, he sighed and took the second float without any comment. When my milkshake was brought back out, no apology, no words at all... just handed it to me and stormed off. Then I get home and the rest of my order was incorrect as well—chilli cheese fries with no chilli. Onions on a burger that doesn’t COME with onions, that I ordered plain. And the cherry on top was that I was sitting waiting on two (incorrectly prepared) burgers, an order of fries, a float and a shake for 20 minutes. Absurd. It’s fast food, it’s not that hard. Read moreI am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the quality of drinks I received today at Sonic. My girlfriend and I are daily customers, and we have noticed a significant decline in the quality of our orders.
Specifically, the sweet cream in our drinks was not up to standard; it was less sweet than usual and excessively foamy. Furthermore, the add-ins we paid extra for, such as cherry and vanilla, were not properly mixed into the drinks. Instead, they were simply sitting on top. When my girlfriend returned to have the drink corrected, an employee took the drink, removed the lid, and then removed the vanilla from one of our drinks before adding cream, which resulted in a noticeably off taste.
We consistently place our orders through the app to ensure clarity and accuracy. It is unacceptable to be charged for add-ins that are not properly included in our drinks. This disregard for order accuracy and quality is both disrespectful and disappointing.
I request that you address these issues promptly to ensure consistent quality at your establishments. I hope to see improvements in the preparation of your drinks and a commitment to fulfilling orders as...
Read moreI went to the drive thru window to order a drink today and paid with my card. The cashier took my card to the outdoor machine in the drive thru lane then went inside of the building with my card. I thought nothing of it and just thought the machine outside wasn’t working. When he returned with my card and receipt I noticed the receipt said I paid with cash (which I didn’t) and received $0.87 in change (which I didn’t). When I checked my bank account to see if I had a pending charge from Sonic after the transaction no pending charge was showing meaning my card was never charged even though the cashier went indoors WITH my card. Now I have to cancel my card and get a new one due to possible fraudulent activity with my card thanks to this location and cashier. I tried calling the store number on the receipt but the number is not a working number. I tried calling the GM and Supervisor number on the receipt also and neither one of them answered the phone. The 1-866 number was no help either which is why I’m leaving this review online to warn others.
