Bobo Tea — Restaurant in Houston

I went in BOBO TEA today looking for refreshing tea and good vibes! I got neither. I have been to this place before and I’ve never had a negative experience, until today. I ordered my drink and when I was paying, the terminal was not working as it said “No Network Connection”. I tried my card repeatedly and the cashier went to make my drink, but when she came back to wait for my payment she just stood there looking up at the TV. She eventually asked me to try my card, which is what I was doing, but it wasn’t working. I then brought out my card again and she snatched my card from me and entered my card, which is what I was already planning to do. When she realized it wasn’t working, she took my card and placed it next to her and just walked off with no explanation but I’m assuming she left to fix the WiFi issue. I visited this place for the first time, and it truly impressed me! The atmosphere is warm and inviting, making it perfect for family outings or catching up with friends. From the moment we came in the shop to the moment we left it was not a positive experience. Not sure what the girls name was but she was working the register and had an attitude the whole time. The other young woman that took my order misheard me and gave me boba when I asked for none in both drinks. She fixed this issue but the drinks themselves were watered down. The young lady that was rude the whole time slid our drinks to us instead of handing them to us and proceeded to have an attitude and not only that she had air pods in the whole time and was on the phone.
