Starbucks — Restaurant in Houston

edit: dropped to one star because of constant disappointment from this store. there is a clear lack of leadership. I, along with 30 other people, had to wait in the cafe as the baristas watch the crowd grow and grow until they finally decided to take initiative. sadly this isn't even the first time this has happened here!! mobile orders are always terrible here, especially on weekends I DO NOT RECOMMENDED. why am I waiting 30+ minutes for the ONE iced latte that i mobile ordered in advance? some people left without their drinks because the wait was so ridiculous. the district manager needs to come down on this store.

This used to be my favorite Starbucks in the area but the quality has gone way way down. The line is always super long and you won't move for 5 minutes at a time. I got my drink today and was excited since their was no line for once, but it wasn't made right. None of the syrups were added, as if they didn't even read the sticker. I tried to go inside but the doors are locked so you're forced to wait in line lol. The one on 34th is better and that's saying ALOT. I hope Tanisha can find another starbucks to work at, she's extremely kind and she's the only person there I even recognize working...

Every time I come to this location there’s an issue with my order. I always place my order ahead of time so it’s ready when I get there and every time they ask me when the app told me to pick it up. I can never find it, but I don’t understand why that matters. I’ve never had this issue at any other Starbucks. This last time I was told to “drive to the front and wait awhile because it hasn’t printed yet”. So there’s no point in placing a mobile order if I have to wait longer than the people going through the drive through normally. Another issue I’ve had with this location is they either never put the whipped cream on my drink since it’s with almond milk (even tho I didn’t remove it) or they forget the sweet cream cold foam when I add it. This will be the last time I come to this location.

Updating my review on 10/11/2023 and changing from 1 star to 5 stars I’m not sure if management has changed or what but this store has taken a complete 180 since I left this review. It is now my favorite Starbucks to go to as they seem to be the only store that can get the brown sugar shaken espresso to not taste like acid. 10/10 to whoever turned this...

This is one of the worst locations you can go to.

I'm unsure what management is doing, but they obviously don't know how to do a proper supply order.

There are never any stoppers or sleeves and constantly running out of one food item or the other.

Double cupping doesn't help.

Don't order dark roast after 10am because they won't have any.

This location drive thru or dine-in is always extremely slow.

The order tastes different depending on who makes it and I literally order the same thing with no deviations.

The only reason you would come to this location is for the convenience of the location, definitely not service.

I can never finish my order, before they interrupt you with "Will that be all?". If you try to speak faster to avoid the interruption, they tell you that you are speaking too fast.

I explained to the young man on the speaker that when I speak slowly, you all constantly interrupt me. He responds by saying, "Well ma'am, it's a compromise."
