I pulled up to the window and immediately the barista was incredibly rude. She couldn't hear me ordering and kept yelling at me for her not being able to hear. I asked if I could pull up so she could actually hear me and she yelled "I HEARD THAT BUT I CANT HEAR WHAT YOUR ORDER IS." And so I kept trying and she said "okay" and I pulled up to the next window. She got my order completely wrong, yelled at my friend in the passenger seat because she thought that she was the one talking by saying "WE CANT HEAR THE PEOPLE IN THE PASSENGER SEAT" she then clarified my order and said it correctly, but when it came out it was wrong and she was already so angry so I tried to be polite and simply asked if she would take it back to add sweetener, she took the drink yelled at me for again me being wrong in apparently telling her the wrong order. She then handed someone the drink and rudely yelled "YOU DO IT" to the other worker. And so the other lady came out and just as rudely says "YOU KNOW YOU REALLY HAVE TO INFORM US HOW YOU WANT YOUR DRINK BEFORE WE START MAKING IT." I’m a doctor with a specialty in infectious diseases and I’ve had... well, a pandemic. When my kids went back to school in the fall of 2020 there was no way I had the time or energy to cook breakfasts. My hospitals were full, I was working 14 hour days, seven days a week. But the kids still needed to eat. We started swinging by this Starbucks every morning.
It didn’t take long for the folks there to know us all by name and order. We got waves and hello’s when we walked in, and the kids favorite drinks were ready before we put in our order. When my little one had to stay home with a sore throat the staff sent a medicine ball home to her. My consistent failure to remember to order a drink for myself has been taken care of over and over again by people who really have cared for me.
The people who work here have gone above and beyond. They helped me get through some of the hardest days of my life when I just needed to get kids fed then be off to work. They have made sure my little ones and I were taken care of when I wasn’t able to do it myself.

Read moreThe line took longer then expected. The overall taste of the skinny vanilla latte tasted as though they burned the coffee. This visit did not go as expected. Overall disliked the drink. I would not recommend this star bucks location.
Update:
Dropping this to one star. Tried visiting again during a different day with different staff and they were practically out of everything I was asking for. I even asked a question if they can throw away an old starbucks cup and I was told at the drive thru window due to COVID 19 reasons they could not assist. Now that made sense as far as their concern but it was hypocritical because they were not even following COVID 19 business practices. For example they took my Debit Card without using gloves and did not use sanitizer or wash their hands after the transaction
Although, the denial was valid the associate at the window responded with a condensending a rude attitude. Lastly, The skinny vanilla latte tasted burnt again and its like they lost the ability to care.
