Hello to whom it may concern, I came in today to patronize this particular subway being that I was told how nice the location was. This visit was for a business meeting. Upon my arrival I was serviced by Ines who quickly debunked my experience with Subway. I originally came in to order a few sandwiches for the meeting and ended up purchasing a veggie sub meal due to Ines’s energy. She made me feel as if she didn’t want to encounter any customers, and I was afraid to ask for anything further as she seemed very from when I initially entered the establishment. My plans were to place the order and use the ladies room to wash my hands , I asked nicely and Twice could I use the ladies room. She advised you guys didn’t have one , then she stated after I continued to ask that it was out of order. However I observed another patron exiting the restroom as I was standing there. Out of all the subways I have patronized this has been by far the worst experience. As I have a family member that owns a franchise and I know this is not Subways business , they are big on client service and “Eat Fresh”. My experience today was of poor quality, and very disappointing, especially with it being I such a upscale plaza. In which Subway as a corporation has always been known for great service, I can’t say that I experienced today. The face of a business is very important and the way that it is ran. As a business owner myself I think she did this business owner of this subway a dis -service today for the way I was handled in such a poor manner. I pray no one else has to encounter such bad energy as they enter your establishment today or in the future. Last but not least I also asked for the managers name and she stated it could be found on a receipt in a agitating manner. Thanks Ines for ruining my experience. Read moreI come to this subway if passing thru they have a $5 ft long that I like.. just they seem to be skimpy on the meats & veggies. They handle the food with gloves but before ordering I noticed that were cleaning their food station :) never changed the gloves to handle the food order. I walked in a couple times and notice that some of their tables are dirty including the floor. I give them the benefit of the doubt that maybe they had a rush after I walk in.. but it does limit the areas that you would like to sit in. I came in about 5 or 6 pm no tea or fruit drinks just fountain drinks, the drink counter looks a mess even though it looked like they were in the middle of cleaning it it still look like it was just a mess, again I give them benefit of the doubt that maybe they were at a change shift. One previous visit I did ask about the bread they were serving me in my head I'm thinking this can't be fresh cuz it's already been cut open horizontal,. Idk? I know they cut bread in half but just in my head once it's been cut diagonal I feel like someone rejected it for some reason or it fell on the floor. I don't know what to say I'm still up in the air about this spot. I give them four stars because I like sandwich; Just skimpy compared to other subways. I don't blame the employees they're taught what they're taught and maybe the owner just ask them not to be heavy with the veggies I know the meat is supposed to be standard I don't know about that here. Side note I did ask not to put any lettuce in cuz it looked Brown like brown brown. There's my rant I spent $5 and I still wasn't happy that says a lot because $5 is cheap just I guess I still expect...
Read moreA few hours ago, I along with my 9 year old daughter was heading home from Texas Children Hospital after the routine blood draws of my daughter. We stopped in the parking lot across Subway as it was her formula time. After the formula, my daughter wanted to use restroom as she suddenly started not feeling well. I took her to Subway. It was all empty. Just the two employees, who were not even on the counter, and us. Both employees rushed to the counter in expectation of an order from us. But we politely told them we need to use washroom. They said NO WASHROOM. Again, I asked if they didn’t have any washroom. They said they did have washroom but somebody messed it up so practically it is not usable. I couldn’t believe how come that spacious subway with no washroom working. And how come employees just in a kind of relax mod! At this time I again told them my daughter is feeling sick and that if there is any other restroom around the area. They said they don’t know. Or probably we could try go to nail spa next to them. I felt so helpless at the condition of my daughter.
I didn’t see any compassion and cooperation from employees. Female employee kept quiet all the time. Male employee talked with me.
