My daughter and I ordered seperatly, she had cash an I had my debit card so I asked the employee that if I paid for both with my card could I still get change for the $20 my daughter had to pay for her food so I could keep the cash amount for her food and she assured me that she could, but when I paid for the food with my card she then refused to give me change for the $20 so I could take out what my daughter owed me for her food. This is unacceptable. We do not want uncaring people in our Community. My husband and his sister worked at one of the first Subway in our Community. She was the manager. He was her Assistant. The manager in this location was so unnecessarily rude, asked him a question and he replied “Can’t you read?”. Asked him why he was talking to me like this and he dismissed me, made disparaging remark in front of other customers.
