Subway — Restaurant in Houston

My daughter and I ordered seperatly, she had cash an I had my debit card so I asked the employee that if I paid for both with my card could I still get change for the $20 my daughter had to pay for her food so I could keep the cash amount for her food and she assured me that she could, but when I paid for the food with my card she then refused to give me change for the $20 so I could take out what my daughter owed me for her food. Service not like used to be. On September 1, 2021, my Sub was to be a big treàt from Dr visit which knew it would be bad news Person put my meat in a rolled chunk in middle of my Sub. This is unacceptable. We do not want uncaring people in our Community. My husband and his sister worked at one of the first Subway in our Community. She was the manager. He was her Assistant. Had been recuperating from a long medical procedure She encouraged him to come help her. He did but died September 9, 1998 from different problem. Ka, Sa Ra. Will I eat there again? Would you? I have always had a great experience in almost all my visits to subway, today was so terrible! The manager in this location was so unnecessarily rude, asked him a question and he replied “Can’t you read?”. Asked him why he was talking to me like this and he dismissed me, made disparaging remark in front of other customers. I told him that I’m a nurse, I deal with strangers all day, if I’m having an issue, I still keep it professional, I don’t talk to them disrespectfully and dismiss them. Very unprofessional.
