Do not pass by here late at night around 8 p.m because this ridiculous woman is RUNNING things. Pic at bottom of her.

Went through drive through and was in the middle of putting in my order. I had my parents with me so I told whoever was on the comm to give me a sec because my mom was telling me her order so I could then tell it to her. She said again raising her voice "ANYTHING ELSE", to which I replied again "Gimme a sec." to which she relied "ANYTHING ELSE" even louder. So I got upset and told her to chill out that I needed a sec. So she proceeded to saying "Okay, here's your total" like if she didn't hear me say to give me a sec the last three times!! I demanded to talk to a manager to which my surprise she said "I am the manager" Wow! What a complete incompetant woman! All of a sudden she could hear me good enough to reply immeadiately! Anyway, I demanded she give me her employee identification so I can report her and she REFUSED! She said "you get out of my line cuz you ain't getting nothing" keep in mind that this entire time she was being completely rude and barbaric! Slamming the drive through window, yelling, looking at me like a wild dog. It was insane! I got so upset that I did let a curse word or two slip out but my goodness what kind of manager do you guys have RUNNING an operation! This was ridiculous! I kept demanding for her to give me her employee info to which she replied she was calling the cops. On top of all this mess I kept dialing the number for customer service on the window to report everything and kept getting no answer! What a ridiculous experience! I've never been so baffled by such incompetence. Why have someone running a customer service operation when their customer service is complete TRASH. What a disgusting woman and terrible experience! I can only imagine how many other ridiculous customer service experiences this woman has provoked....

Pass by around 1am. This location suppose to be 24 hours. I pull up to drive through and a lady ask to take my order. After I place my order she never responded back. I waited patiently and finally drove up forward to the window. Some guy was washing down the floors. I stood there staring for few minutes hoping he would be concerned and Courteous Enough to let me know something at least we are close for few minutes or not open. He looked my way few times and continued as if he didn’t care or something was wrong. I drop around and noticed another employee with his head downs I saw a another automobile go to drive through so I went back around. Same thing happened. The truck pulled forward and they started honking. So I pulled up to the drive through to order and the lady came back on saying the same thing. So I reversed my car and she said the same thing as if it was a recording. So I videotaped it and took pictures! I went around again to where some white mail still with his head leaning forward on his hand has you can see in the picture. I honked he looked up as if something was wrong Went back to same position. I told him loud hopefully he can here me. Do you need help are you ok? Do you need me to call someone? No response. So I left because the other employee wasn’t in site. I try calling a number they have posted on their window but not a response left message no one has try contacting me! For a business open 24 hours and seeing such behavior makes the community concern and confused. The public deserves to know my experience! 4/17/2023. Around 1am. What was happening earlier the morning...

This is the only Jack in the Box I go to cuz the food is always fresh and the customer service is always on point but today June 25th, 2024 at around 12:30pm I pull up to drive thru trying to order and the lady is dry rushing me! I can't even order my food right cuz every time I say sumthin she cut me off. I'm literally still ordering and she keep asking "Anything else... anything else... anything else..." Well if you listen and stop rushing me you could hear what else. So aggy... I'm trying to order my meal and steady being rushed so I didnt order my sandwich right. When I get to the window about 6 seconds later) and tell her how I want it, she got a WHOLE attitude. I said well I couldn't think straight with you fast talkin me like that! She just looked at me and then walked away. I also forgot to get my veggies on the side so I pulled up, parked, got out and went in. I asked to order (which means 'pay for') a side of lettuce, onion, and pickle. This unprofessional behind lady says out loud "I knew it!" Whatever that meant. Then she tells the other girl, "no she can't order that because it comes on the sandwich, not on the side" and they don't have a button for it on the side. I just looked at her and right when I was finna let her have it... my phone rung. A very important phonecall that I had been waiting a long time for so I let her make it... today. I will not be visiting anymore in the day time... I'll go in the evening when the people there...
