KFC — Restaurant in Houston

Horrible. Asked for my chicken to be fresh, it wasn't. Asked the employee "Von" working at the drive-thru window to replace my fries because there were hardly any in the box (didn't even mention my chicken not being fresh as I was just ready to leave at the point). When I asked him he began laughing while communicating with his manager thru the drive thru headset and she said that she wasn't replacing them. After that the employee continues to laugh and I ask him what's so funny about me wanting to get my fries replaced. He gets hostile like he wants to fight me. I pull back around to the drive-thru (recording this time) and ironically I see the car in front of me complaining about the exact same thing (she even threw the fries back through the window because the manager at the window refused to replace them. After they got finished dealing with her the manager at the window (she has a low cut with a blonde die) was very unprofessional and began to be argumentative with me about replacing my fried and even yells and me and tells me to come in so she can replace my food. Just so happens he boss "Paul"- The District Manager was there and needless to say it seemed like he could careless too because he seen this whole ordeal unfold with not 1 but 2 customers and failed to intervene. Needless to say, this would be my last time visiting this location after my Horrible experience. Food not fresh, employees trying to fight customers and poor management. I don't see this location lasting much long as there is anyone hardly there, I...

Won't be back to this location. I placed my order and then was told to park in the front. So I joined the other 3 cars in the parking lot who were also waiting for their food. Time ticks by 15 minutes, everyone else waiting already got their food and left. So I call inside, so response so I figured OK it'll be here in a few minutes, I wait an additional 15 minutes. Now Im ticked off. I drive around to the speaker and said I never received my order and they acted like I didn't know what I meant! They said oh we forgot and didn't see you out there. I said I had been waiting 30 minutes and even tried calling. So they rushed and got my order ready and handed to me and when I looked it over they had forgotten my son's cookie so I said you forgot his cookie so the lady at the window gets an attitude and hands me the cookie and says, Satisfied now? Oh no ma'am I'm not! Nor...

Gross the most horrible service and chicken I have gotten in a KFC ... Didn't get what I always get it's funny how in some KFC they treat you with respect and with good service and some are rude and act like if they were the owners .... The chicken was black the oil must of been old the chicken was missing a piece it was dried as hell not fresh at all the biscuits o hell no rocks nasty powderd biscuits was the taste the mash it was old and bulky .... gross then they denied the changes I asked for a coleslaw and I've been getting them for the past year the same special same items but o well at least give good quality chicken if your not going to give what expected.... Lowsy crew won't ever be by there ever again .... Just like the cross timbers ughhhh!!!!.... I'd rather stay with humble KFC the BEST GREAT SERVICE AND GREAT...
