Just so horrible experience , I have a lot of patience for the sake of my children but a male adult name "Samir" was so disrespectful. He did not allow me to talk to my child when I was asking the specifics of how he wanted his sandwich & when I told him please to be polite.... he said that if I do not like it... the door is open for me & my children to leave. Afterwards, while I was telling him how my sons wanted their sandwiches he just stop doing them & he took take care of the person after me because she just wanted a smaller sandwich. I told him my other son is waiting at the school for his lunch & I do not have more time to wait , specially when I was first in line. Again, he said that if I do not like it the door is open for me to leave at anytime since he was the owner & he can do whatever he wants with his store. Really, SAD. At the end I had not choice than to leave in order to keep my dignity since he just humility me in front of my children & other customers. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO YOUR SUBWAY STORE ANYWHERE. Read moreIf I could give this location a negative star I would. I went in to grab subs for my family and the young dude behind the counter was off from the moment I walked in. He was helping the lady in front of me and he was moving very slow and seemed uninterested in what he was doing. When it came time for him to start my order of 4 subs he had poor listening skills, I had to repeat my first order)l which was 2 identical subs. Visually the food containers that were on display looked very unappetizing. Food was frozen to the sides of the containers and I've always been under the impression that the food was supposed to be or at least appear fresh. In the middle of making my first 2 identical subs he throws the meat back into the container. And I became completely shocked once I looked through the display glass to see a ROACH crawling across the rims of the food containers. I stopped the young man and pointed at the roach and told h to cancel the orders. He looks and says "Oh" very unbothered, almost as if this isn'tanythingnew for him to see. The old lady made me wait 20!!!!! minutes watching her make 1 tuna sandwich for another customer. Then she told me she never got an online order. I showed her my confirmation and she told me I'm at the wrong store. I said this is 2838 Hwy 6 right? She said no. I look outside and the address says 2838. I tell her yes, this is 2838 Hwy 6. She still says no. I copy the address from my confirmation and put it in my GPS. It shows I'm in the right place. Lady is not convinced. I tell her to call a manager.
