We just had a lovely Über driver deliver an Olive Garden order that was only barely acceptable. Yes, the minestrone is there; yes, the salad is there (but it is sad); yes, the desserts are there (never had them, no idea if they are good); and the breadsticks and sauce are there. Two issues: I specifically asked (twice) for the breadsticks to be “dry,” and they are all slathered in margarine and garlic salt (no one can eat them), and the once delicious fresh shredded parm is now in a thin, sad sachet. No one wants that “cheese,” and General Mills knows it. Are they serving these sachets at the table? Doubt it. I used to work for Olive Garden: I opened a brand new store in Encinitas, California (next door to Rancho Santa Fe), and stayed for years. I KNOW it can be done better. SHAME ON OLIVE GARDEN. SHAME ON DARDEN. SHAME ON GENERAL MILLS.

Great service from our server gentleman with glasses. I'm the customer who was the server with the 3 kids. I was upset with overhearing another server (mind you I've been a server for 10 plus years I understand behind the sceens) but I could hear them discussing who was going to take me. The young man with the dreads said " just so I can stay another hour? I don't think so. " totally understand that but you make sure you talk server talk behind closed doors not to where I can hear you. So our server was very happy to take us. As a server you never judge a book by it's cover. I've learned that heads on. I've heard other things but I sure do feel hurt by no one wanting to take us. I made sure my waitor was tipped generously. Without his kindness to me and my kids I would have left. Thank you sir for everything. Yup I heard everything.

Don’t forget to order a fork/utensils and napkins. Just got back to work after curbside pick up and now im eating the food with my hands because im starving. Probably going to eat half then the other half when i get home. Definitely ruined my “Olive Garden experience.” I called back to let them know they didn’t give me any utensils and napkins and they said “Well you’re suppose to request it.” Pretty much it was my fault. Im surprised they didn’t put the food in a bag and say they didnt use a plate because i didn’t request it. No, im not upset. Im just disappointed that i dropped $30 bucks when i could of dropped half of that and got a Burger and fries without the need of a Fork. So Please don’t forget to order your utensils. Have a Great one Guys!!! #NoFork #DirtyFingers

This happened on June 4th at 4:30pm. I arrived at this location with my husband and his brother. I just got off work from next door at The Home Depot and was really hungry and looking forward to having a meal there as well as surprise my brother in law with a gift of a small studio apartment.

He has been homeless but has been in sobriety for a year now. He was just released from rehab a week earlier and we were going to celebrate at Olive Garden, but Salazar rudely kicked us out and humiliated me.

We arrived. I told my husband and brother in law that I needed to use the restroom. I entered the restaurant to use it as well as bandage up my feet they had blisters from working particularly long hours at work. So I took off my shoes and proceeded to bandage one of them up. I was trying to hurry because of how hungry I was and good thing I chose a close location from where I work at Home Depot.

All of a sudden, this man opens the women's restroom door. I am startled while in the stall what if I was changing and he did that?

He loudly said , "Ma'am you and your friends need to leave right now! I'm calling authorities they are on their way! You have to leave right now! " And he wouldn't stop to take a breath.

I'm shaking because don't know if he's talking to me or someone else in the restroom and or if he's some crazy person.

I didn't want anything to escalate so I just hurried to gather up my things and I still had a shoe off because I was covering up my blisters. I hopped on one foot and saw who must be the manager his name said Salazar.

I was trying to tell him I just was trying to cover my feet but he started yelling over me and wouldn't let me speak. He humiliated me I hopped on one foot out of the restaurant and asked my husband and brother in law what happened and why couldn't we eat here?

They were just as confused and angry I didn't understand why we had to go! I just got off work and I...

Last Saturday December 17th we had a reservation at 7 pm to celebrate our Christmas dinner of our company in this location, we had made the reservation from 10 days ago we confirmed going to the restaurant on Tuesday before the event and the manager called me personally the Same Saturday at 4:30 pm to confirm again, we arrived at the restaurant at 6:40 pm that means 20 minutes in advance and our surprise was that our reserved place was occupied with customers, we spoke with the manager told us to wait 15 minutes, it took 20, 30, 40 minutes nothing happens that we were attended or did we pass inside the restaurant was a reservation of 28 people to celebrate a Christmas dinner with our employees, how outrageous it was when we came to talk to him and after an hour of waiting, the MANAGER if you can call him so his name is Ray his response was that he could not do anything that the restaurant had been filled and was not guilty, what? After making a reservation with 10 days in advance and having confirmed the same day with the same manager. It is incredible what happened to us seems to me lack of judgment, responsibility, lack of word and dishonesty, they made fun of us and made us spend a terrible night we could not celebrate anything because of course in no place we could make a place for 28 people in at the same time, our employees were frustrated and angry some told us that we no longer had them for anything they would have preferred to be with us instead of spending a Saturday night with their families to have had such bitter experience, Of everything is the response that we received from Mr. Ray the restaurant manager we know that mistakes are commented on by anyone but the negligence and apart racism is not forgiven for that I give a 0 point to this restaurant the worst bitter experience received in my life in a Renowned restaurant as is...

So honestly I never really leave reviews, this is my first one. Me and my boyfriend decided to go out to dinner and we go to the Olive Garden every once in awhile because we like it. Today completely changed our perspective. Everything was great at first. Food came our quick, our server was nice, we genuinely were having a good time. All that changed when it came time to pay. Normally when we go out to eat one of us will pay, one will tip. Our bill came to 72 and my boyfriend just made it a flat 75 and I was planning to tip 20 cash. I get it, service industry is hard. Right after we wrap up with the tablet, our server passed by us and makes the comment “WOW YOU REALLY HELPED ME OUT BRO APPRECIATE IT” sarcastically of course. Did that really just happen? Is all we were thinking. Then I hear the server and one of the others right in front of us making the comment “DAMN BRO HE REALLY TIPPED 3$ TO MAKE IT A FLAT $75” So after our server brings our boxes I tell him how that was disrespectful and most definitely out of line. He proceeds to argue with me and tell me how he got 5 kids and one table not tipping don’t make a difference and he been serving for 18-20 years and whatever. Anyways we left and we won’t be going back. Oh and he tried to offer me free dessert after arguing with me pretty loud in front of other customers and i definitely declined. Didn’t even take my leftover food, definitely a...
