I live in the neighborhood, so this late night concept opening was such a nice surprise.
Im not really one for reviews but the first 3 times I’ve come in, Hallie was my server each time. I have to say, her level of service, attention to detail, and genuine care was consistently outstanding and was enough to keep me coming back all on its own - not to mention her super cool vibe, bubbly personality, and expressive aesthetic!
This is my new favorite spot to drop by after work but I could definitely see myself making this a late night hang out or future date night spot.
The music, vibe, service, selection, and ambience are top tier. Loved hearing various styles and genres of music going on too.
Sunday Social happy hour is around the time I get off work and it includes my favorite things!
I would come in just to eat the Furkakke Chex mix every day if I could. I also highly recommend the truffle sliders and the truffle fries.
They may look small but they pack a major punch in terms of flavor and density. I was actually full after eating one slider with some of their amazing truffle fries. I can’t think of anywhere in Houston that does truffle fries better. Their drink menu is big enough to keep you coming back too. I tried the Highland off of Hallie’s recommendation and it was perfect for my palette. After just one I was already buzzing. Definitely beats an...
Read moreWent on Friday 12/6 around 9:45p. There were three separate groups inside the whole place. We sat at the end of the bar and the other party at the bar was leaving. The bartender never acknowledged us. He walked past us several times and said nothing. So finally I said hello and was going to ask for the menu but he said hello very dryly and walked past me again! This place was NOT BUSY! I was even giving him the benefit of the doubt the first couple of times he walked past but never once did he even acknowledge my friend and I and say “one second ladies I’ll be there in a second”. That’s all it would have taken. I promptly left. I’m not spending my money in a place that can’t even be bothered to acknowledge...
Read moreDidn’t even stay for drinks or food. We walked in on a Friday night and the place had approx 3groups of people present. Upon walking in we were not greeted by the bartender or anyone. We sat at the bar (and for all intents and purposes were the only ones at the bar because the couple seated at the bar when we got there was leaving). The bartender walked past us SEVERAL times and didn’t say anything at all. My friend finally said hello to him and he barely acknowledged her, didn’t even look our way, and KEPT walking. We decided to leave after that. There’s no way we are supporting a business that cannot even greet customers properly. We...
