I've actually been told by multiple different people that this place had really good food, but I've never had the chance to give it a shot, I'm hardly in that part of town. One day my GF and I were running errands and happened to be out in that area, so we gave it a shot. I have to admit, I wish I'd gone there sooner and not waited so long. The facility was clean, the service was amazing and the food was very delicious. We walked in and were immediately greeted and walked to our table. Once we sat down the server came over, brought chips and salsa and asked for our drink order. At that time I also ordered a bowl of queso (how can you not?!?). When she brought over the queso, she took our food order & less than 10 minutes later, we had our enchiladas. The queso was delicious and creamy and the salsa seemed to be made in house, it was amazing. When the enchalada came out, they came out on a metal plate, which was really cool. They were delicious. I had heard such good things about this place but we never had the opportunity to give them a shot. We will be going back when we have the opportunity. I'm thinking we will likely try out the woodway location next since it's close to our place. Hopefully the food and experience will be the exact same.

Highly disappointed with the lack of Customer service “Windel” the manager took my order over the phone I ordered the chicken Fajitas and shrimp combo and Ceviche no Guacamole. My bf picked the order up the first 3 picture. I was on my lunch break anticipating a great lunch especially for $38 i received the food and was HIGHLY disappointed with the portions and the ceviche tostado had guacamole. I called and spoke to the manager “Windel” I believe and was told to return the food and I would get a refund. This was a inconvenience and time taken away from my lunch ($$) I return the food to be greeted by “Windel” again where he told me I did not say no “guacamole” (when In fact I ALWAYS say no Guacamole especially because I am highly allergic and say it at EVERY Hispanic restaurant) All this to Say I am highly disappointed with the lack of customer service and the mea. I understand we all make mistakes, but treat your To Go customers the same as the customers dinning in or just treat people better in general. CUSTOMER SERVICE is important 1st 3 pictures below are SYLVIA’S Enchilada KITCHEN the 4th picture is POBLANO’s i went there immediately after placed a order over the phone and was satisfied however it did suffer a very fast car ride so excuse the presentation

we went to this place for the very first time almost a month ago. The food was ok, the waitress service was nice but and here is when everything went down the hill. she brought a full plate with dessert samples even though we never ask for it. Anyway we finally picked for the vanilla flan. we had already started eating it and I noticed something weird like a raisin but not, it was not a raisin it was a a FLY. yes a golldarnet FLY. we told the waitress, she apologized and after her, the manager a guy who came into my table speechless, he won’t even pronounce the word FLY instead he mimic with his hands and said “we are so sorry for the fly (he whispered) in your flan can I offer any other dessert or a new flan” we were nauseous and asked for the check and paid for our food and ran away. we are never coming back, never. I can’t imagine how nasty is their kitchen and what else we ate that day in our food, It makes me sick just thinking about it.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. They do not care one bit what your experience is with them when you order online. Ordered dinner for takeout on Sunday at 6:30pm, bank app notified me of the purchase, email confirmed my order with instructions that a follow-up email would be sent when my order was ready. 7pm rolls around and still no email, I live nearby so drive down only to find, via a paper notice taped to the door, that they decided to close early at 5pm. HOW WAS I SUPPOSED TO KNOW THAT?! When I call to complain about this, the best the GM Daniel Ruiz can do is pass the blame to the website. No apologies, no attempt to remedy the situation. NOTHING. My family and I have ordered catering from them numerous times in the past but never again will they see a dime from us and I hope you save your money as well because I guarantee you can find better food and management literally anywhere else.

When I sit down to complimentary chips and salsa I'm already in a good mood! I was told to try the enchiladas, and they have about two dozen choices. However, I saw the lunch menu and figured why not save a few bucks? I was pretty surprised by the variety of options on the lunch menu. Well not every enchilada choice is on it, there are plenty of options. I decided to go with the Donna enchiladas which were ground beef with a sauce (see picture). When the plate arrived I was a bit concerned that they were small, but by the time I was done with my meal I was satisfied. It's cute how it's presented, with the metal plates keeping the food warm the entire meal. I also enjoyed the charro beans, which do have some meat in them. For 12 bucks, this is a pretty good lunch deal, and they have solid service!
