"Wow"!!! to read all the reviews I feel some type of way. I got off work today and I had a taste for Little Ceasars pizza balls. Well upon coming to the 3636 Old Spanish Trail location I entered the lobby area expecting to order. Well behold the other people waiting was doing just what I said, "WAITING!!" to know when I did walk in no one greeted me and there were three males in the back I assume preparing the food but if I tell you the customer service there was so sad. No one bothered to address anyone coming in nor the ones that was waiting prior to me. I along with a gentleman was trying to get the attention of the workers but they LITERALLY JUST IGNORED US!! I just had to leave because I refuse to continue standing there as if I was invisible and turn around and spend my hard-earned money!! I then got in my car and at 7:14pm on 11/12/2023 I attempted to call into the store to speak with the manager on duty about the poor customer service experience I had encountered, and LORD behold I am still holding and it's 7:37pm as I am still typing, and no one has bothered to answer this phone. I hate to speak negatively about a business and the employees that they have working for an establishment such as this, but REALLY CAN WE GET PEOPLE THAT WANTS TO WORK BECAUSE I KNOW OF MANY THAT ARE LOOKING FOR A JOB OR AT LEAST A PART TIME JOB THAT REALLY WANTS TO WORK! This is sad and embarrassing but something needs to be done and TRAINING NEEDS TO BE A TOP PRIORITY AND I AM JUST SPEAKING THE TRUTH! I am not looking for anyone to lose their job because I know we all need to work in order to survive in this world but the looks of it what can I say (REBOOT)? The community is speaking by leaving reviews asking for a change and reading as far as a year ago no change? Now that's sad. Come on Little Ceasar's we got to do better because if it was you or a family member that experienced this type of service you will be on the phone or in someone email box like I am referencing about the service on today. Read moreThe worse customer service and store I’ve ever been too! Let’s start off with I ordered “cheese” crazy puffs online at 7:29pm, I come in to get my orders at 8:13pm & it was all a mess. After waiting for 40 minutes they make my order wrong. They made all orders of pepperoni crazy puffs, despite ordering cheese & it says cheese on my receipt & the slip on top of the order that “they” print out and look right at. As I waiting people were coming in & they claim they stop taking ordered at 8pm when they close at 10pm which is false advertisement! Also none of the 3 guys working had on gloves! I got a refund because they wanted me to wait another 20 minutes after waiting 4 minutes for the simplest order. I also have videos of other customers complaining and getting into it with a guy because of how rude they were & how they suddenly stop taking orders even though people were waiting in a long line to order. After getting my refund the guy didn’t offer anything for the poor customer service and the inconvenience of me waiting or not being able to even get my order because I don’t eat pork. I said so I can’t even just get something else that’s ready or keep what I had because I touched both orders they gave me when I seen the meat inside and he said no and walked away. Read moreI went and gave my order to the guy at the counter he did not ring it up correctly and charged me for it. I told him this is not what I ordered and he told me don't worry about it he will take care of it…. I told him he didn't ring the drink up either and he went ahead and ran my card to charge for the drink…. A lady than comes and brings me my order and I tell her I did not ask for crazy bread I asked for chessy bread and the guy who ran my order told me he was going to take care of it and she says “well I'm going to have to refund your whole order” I say that's fine go ahead…. This lady charges me for the cheesy bread and never refunded me for the crazy bread that I did not want or did not order…. My card was charged 3 different times that day and the order was still wrong!!!! The economy is to bad for them to be over charging people for food! I understand Lil Caesars isn't the best place to work but don't take your frustrations out on other people who also have to work and earn a living to pay for food! And not to mention when I got the thin crust pizza that was supposed to be beef but they gave me cheese the pizza it was cut into a bunch of random squares of different shapes and sizes!!!!
