Tacos El Zeba's (Food Truck) — Restaurant in Houston

I was assisted by Luís who was very kind and helpful. There were a few items in the menu I had questions about and he easily and patiently explained them. They give a free cup of soup which is like fideo. I settled on the (5) mini tacos de maiz with pastor, everything included (cilantro and onion). They don’t skimp on the meat, veggies, or the limes (4 which was more than enough and I usually have to beg other places for more). It came with plenty of grilled onions in the middle of the tacos and they were cooked perfectly. My food was ready in roughly 2-3 minutes, and the price was such a bargain. Luís offered both salsas (red is spicier and good flavor, verde tastes amazing and only slightly less spicy). This place is outstanding. I live not too far and have been meaning to try it for a while. So first time here, and mildly surprised to see no prices posted. I assumed it would be reasonable. I ordered a steak burrito without sour cream, 2 tacos al pastor, and a small cheese quesadilla on corn. They asked if I wanted soup. I said no at first not knowing it was free with the meal (I should have read because it said so.) It was a basic sopa de fideos and quite honestly remarkable. Placed an order around 9:30pm. The tacos were out in about 10 minutes. The young lady at the cashier was attentive to my order over the phone and when I went to pay. I ordered 4 tacos: asada, pastor, chicharrón, and carne guisada. Overall, the food was delicious and piping hot. I will be back. More specific, specially if the owners of the truck read this: the asada was great. It could just use a little more sear. The pastor was very sweet.
