Worst customer service & very rude. We’re always looking to try out new spots to eat. It wasn’t till after we paid & sat down we were told , our kid couldn’t eat anything brought from outside , no matter how small it was, we’ve gone to many restaurants & food spots , never had that issue. manager or owner was very arrogant so we decided to leave. Do not recommend . I am unable to reply but no . No one was hiding . Kids were finishing their nuggets , we did not bring a whole meal to the spot. With so many posters we did not read them , we’ve never had an issue like that. & we certainly were not hiding the food 🤨 . While one parent was ordering the other parent sat w the kids to stay out of the way for upcoming clients to go in line. Thats not hiding .. The girl taking the order saw the chicken nuggets & said nothing even after paying. It wasn’t until we paid , sat down & the kids started finishing their chickens. It was brought to our attention. Def not family friend if a kid finishing some chicken nuggets was an issue when the other customers eating agreed it was unprofessional , uncalled for & unnecessary to say kids ,( kids) not adults but kids couldn’t finish their nuggets. Not very accommodating , an issue that the girl charging should have mentioned when she saw , rather than till we were sitting down & telling us our kids cannot be eating whatever they brought in of course that takes away the whole experience & expectations of the food & service there. Was very Disappointed, where to begin, I placed 3 orders to go, I told the waitress that took my phone order, that i was placing 3 orders & paying separately, 3 orders 3 drinks. I get there to pick up orders, get in line (pick up order Lane ),Lady tells me she be right with me, thinking cool nice Lady, Wrong! She Rings up my orders together,I tell her kindly, they are separate orders , she tells me she can't separate the orders,because she rang it up already, I mentioned to her i told the one that took my orders they were going to be 3 separate orders, She told me again she couldn't because she would have to void it and ring it up all over again. Okay well it's not my fault she didn't place the orders separate like i told her. So yes it did upset me, So i paid it on my card,and i notice she only gave me 2 drinks instead of 3, so I told her i ordered 3 drinks, she says i only charge for 2, So she tells me i have to pay for the 3rd one! Again not my fault she didn't take my order correctly, I ask her if i could speak with the Manager, She says i am the Manager /Owner, But didn't give her name. Well Manager/Owner I wouldn't give my name either, If i was you, you're Rudeness was so uncalled for, very unprofessional customer service, Be rude to customers that deserve it! not to the ones that keep coming back! Honestly, this place was a bit disappointing. We were actually planning to go to a different taco spot, but the wait there was too long, so we decided to try this place instead, thinking maybe it was a sign to give it a chance. We went in with high expectations because of all the great reviews and TikToks saying it was one of the best taco spots in Houston, but it really didn’t live up to the hype.

The only thing we actually enjoyed were the aguas frescas, they were really good and super refreshing. Other than that, though, the food just wasn’t great. I got the burrito, and it completely lacked flavor. My boyfriend got the tacos, and he said they were okay, but not anything special. The meat had no flavor at all both the tacos and the burrito just tasted really plain. Even the sauces weren’t spicy or flavorful.

It’s not a place we’d go out of our way to visit again. It was about a 35-minute drive for us, and honestly, it wasn’t worth it. I barely ate my food and even left still hungry. The only thing we might go back for would be the aguas frescas, but other than that, there’s nothing special about this spot. Definitely not worth the hype it...
