I recently had a fantastic experience at The Brass Tap in Kingwood. The atmosphere was lively and inviting, perfect for a night out with friends. But what truly made my visit memorable was the exceptional service provided by Mikah. From the moment we arrived, Mikah was incredibly attentive and friendly. She patiently guided us through the extensive beer selection, offering insightful recommendations based on our preferences. Her knowledge of craft beers was impressive, and she clearly enjoyed sharing her passion with us. Mikah's service went above and beyond. She ensured our drinks were always full, checked in regularly to see if we needed anything, and even went the extra mile to make sure we had a memorable experience. Thanks to Mikah's outstanding service, my visit to The Brass Tap Kingwood was a resounding success. I paid for a pizza and walked without it tonight. Check your ticket times. Despicable.

Went here recently for a drink as it's one of the only places open until 11pm on a weekday in the center of Kingwood. I've been a few times before but have never had anything special of an experience there. I was with my friend, and they had a whiskey sour. The first drink was not bad; just what you'd expect from a whiskey sour here. Although the second round was just really disappointing. It was literally the same order but this time it was topped off with sour mix which made it unbearable to drink. I let a server (not our server) know that I hate to be that guy and ask them to remake it but I did. A minute later, our server came back and said that the bartender said it will be sour because it's just a single shot in it. It made no sense because we just had that same drink right before and it was nothing like it. And made by the same bartender! I told her it's not good at all, and she could even taste it if she wants (they can't because of policy I assume). We weren't pushy on it, and just asked them to put some simple syrup in it to balance it out at the least, which they did but it didn't help. This is not the kind of service anyone should receive when going out for a simple drink and we won't be going back...

First time here was right after they opened, horrible service. Second try tonight at 645 pm. About half full , sat at the table next to kitchen. Order taken promptly, down hill after that . 25 minutes goes by server hadnt come back to table , i had to ask someone else (guy)to check on our food. Response was , kitchen is behind . Not, i will go check and see . Another 7 minutes goes by. Nothing and no one even acknowleged us . I watched tempura appetizers go out to two different parties that came in AFTER us . I mention this as all we orderd was a chicken ceaser salad and tempura steak fingers . I finally walk over to the window to tell the 4 people standing there , we were leaving and what did i owe for the water and tea we got ? Nobody spoke up except our server who said , dont worry about the tea. Not a word from what was probably one of the managers . I advised them that 32 minutes and no follow up about our order was ridiculous. Nobody even acknowleged or attempted to apologize . Really wanted to have a good experience but managent team failed big time and need re training . I'm betting this attitude was not a one off. Can't make it on good...
