The Chef — Restaurant in Houston

My family buy from them alot because they have good food. However, Friday night was surprisingly different and took their worse turn. I ordered a combination fried rice. I asked for them to remove the beef and substitute with their bbq pork. And my husband ordered their combination curry fried rice with the same substitutions as mine. I guess for them this meant to remove the other main ingredients with this order 🤔🤦🏾‍♀️ not to mentioned it was completely saturated onions. Just terrible, disappointing, and disgusted with them! My husband at least had one dang on shrimp 🍤 in his order with the exact same experience as mine. Not sure if they were close to closing or what it was but this was absolutelyba piss poor order and unacceptable. No excuses and then we gave them a tip! 🧐 Which was stupid on our part. Please do yourself a favor and do not eat at this establishment! The customer service is nonexistent. When you call or walk into the restaurant you are not greeted by staff. They charge a 10% fee to eat in the restaurant and charge $.20 for each cup and plate! They do not provide restrooms for paying customers. There responses is "because it's a to go restaurant." Guess what so is "Tiff's treats" and they have clean restrooms for their customers. This restaurant is so dirty is literally falling apart and has mold all over the place. First off so just want to say this restaurant has some of best chinese food in houston. I am from chicago and it’s one of the best ones that taste like back at home. The St. Louis style fried is a must a try.

The reason I am giving them 2 stars is the customer service. I order from them quite often but never receive bad customer service until recently within the last 2 weeks. The lady name CINDY that works the front desk does not know how to properly take orders , make sure your food is right , or understand the menu correctly.
