I recently had an experience at 3teedhawarma in Westheimer Houston that I feel I should share. I was disappointed with the level of customer service that I received during my visit. Firstly, a staff member at the restaurant hushed me out of the way, which I found to be very disrespectful. Additionally, the owner refused to accept my cash payment, citing concerns about fraud, and made me feel like I was being treated with suspicion.
As an African-owned business, I feel that it's important for 3teedhawarma to recognize and appreciate the support of its African customers. However, it's not okay to treat any customer with disrespect or suspicion, regardless of their background.
I would also like to add that it's unfortunate to see that the overall rating of 3teedhawarma on Google is already quite low. As an African-owned business, I feel that it's important for these types of establishments to represent the best of what African businesses can offer in diaspora.
In order to improve the customer experience, I would suggest that the owners take steps to ensure that all staff members are properly trained in customer service and that they treat all customers with respect and courtesy. Additionally, implementing a more efficient payment system that allows for a variety of payment methods, including cash, would be helpful.
Overall, while I appreciate the fact that 3teedhawarma is an African-owned business, I believe that the owners need to prioritize customer service and ensure that all customers are treated with respect and appreciation. By taking steps to improve the customer experience, 3teedhawarma can continue to build its reputation and attract a diverse customer base.
I still believe that it's important to support African-owned businesses, and I hope that 3teedhawarma can make the necessary changes to provide the level of service that customers expect and deserve. Thank you for taking the time to...
Read moreI really like 3 tee’s shawarma for their originality in the shawarma and the red-like drink(don’t know the name). Whenever am in Houston I never leave without visiting their westheimer location.
But today, I won’t be placing a 5 star review and here’s my reason why; came in the store ordered my shawarma and thought about ordering that dark red drink which I tasted 2 years ago, but couldn’t remember the name of the drink. After trying to describe the drink to the girl at the counter, she presented me with two options, saying “we either have (this) or (that) “.
The issue here is, I can’t make a decision based on custom name of a drink that doesn’t describe how the drink tastes, - and to a certain degree most people feel that way. So, my expectation, was that, as someone who knows nothing about a custom made African drink or the contents of a custom made shawarma, whoever is on the counter should have the knowledge to explain to me what the drink is made up of or some of the ingredients.
I might go based on the fact that there a hint of pineapple in the drink or mango, because I love that taste. But instead I got a “we either have this or that “ response, and I ended up not getting the drink, because, I can’t make a non-refundable purchase based on a non-descriptive name of the drink - and I feel most customers will feel the same as well.
So as a suggestion, for 3tees shawarma to maintain the great customer service reviews from me they should train their servers(or counter clerks, etc) to be able to SELL their custom drinks and shawarma’s to new customers who know nothing about what’s in the shawarma or drink so as to make an informed decision on what they are spending...
Read moreIf the owner of this business continue like this only God knows what’s gonna happen to the business soon, I try placing an order for two shawarma over the phone and pick it up she said no because a lot of people order and never show up which is quite understandable, so whenever I need two or more orders I place it under 2 names so I can pick it up at the same time, I did the same last night and she went all in being rude and nasty, talking about “ I know she’s the one she did it before “ so ?? Did I come pick a food without payment?? like hello I am paying my money regardless of how many names I place the order with, as long has I pick up my order every time I place one so why do you have to be rude to me ??? I AM NOT your child or staff . When the boss is this arrogant and rude I can’t imagine what the workers attitude is gonna look like..... oh well it’s so unfortunate you just lose 2 customers. Zero customer service.... lmfao so delusional why did you take out the part were you said “ we are so glad to miss you” so people won’t know how disrespectful you are ?? Oh well I won’t miss your shawarma either....
