The Prologue Deli — Restaurant in Houston

The food was terrible. It was so bad too. I had to just return it before even walking out the door with it. I ordered that tilapia sandwich with fries and my fish. Of course I do like my fish to be crispy which I requested. It came back burnt very dark of a brown color fries are very dark tint as well. The grease smell like it was old and obviously with the fries and the fish looking like that you can tell the grease was old. I was very disturbed all together with Jess, the presentation of the food, and just the unsafe of if I consume it, especially with them frying in all degrees and not making sure that the grease is fresh before preparing the food. so I chose to request to get my money back and she seemed very disturbed and upset...

I had such a great experience here! The kind boy at the counter who served me was so friendly! My food came out so quickly and it was delicious! This place is great for a quick, price-friendly eat....
