Generally I love Twin Peaks! But that is in Corpus and The Woodlands. I go there almost once a week. So I was shocked at how different this one near downtown Houston was. It looked the same mostly. But service was lacking. It took 30 minutes to get my drink and appetizer. And it wasn’t all her fault, as I ordered my favorite beer, and she came back 10 minutes later to tell me they were out. What??? So I ordered my next favorite beer. So she came back 10 minutes later. Same thing. They were out. What!!! So I ordered my next beer at her suggestion. And I didn’t like that at all. So I ordered a top shelf margarita, and it was pricey, but at this point I wanted good taste. Nope!!! It was like they forgot to put in some ingredients. I asked my son if he liked it and he said “no, that’s gross!” So I paid for a beer that I didn’t like and then an expensive margarita which I drink often in the other Twin Peaks. And now this has taken 40 minutes at this point. So I’m starving and I ask her about our appetizer, which is chips and queso. And why was it taking so long. And she’s like, “Oh, it’s right over there!” I’m like great, bring it on!” So she gets it and brings it back to the table and leaves. Guess what. The cheese is cold! SMH at this point. So she finally gets back to us, about 10-15 more minutes later and she said. “Let me go get get some warm cheese.” She brings us the warm queso about 10 minutes later. Now it’s been over an hour to get drinks and chips. SMH. But it doesn’t stop there. We order a hamburger for my son which he said was very good. I ordered a salad to start. But it tasted old and had lots of bad pieces in there and it was bitter. So I just gave up and didn’t order anything else. We went there to watch college football and our team was playing in a big game on national tv. Before we got our food, a manager told our server that we’d have to pay the PPV fee for an MMA fight or we’d have to leave. I’m like, “we’re here to watch this football game and eat. Halftime had just started at this point but still no food. So I complained at this point and I asked to see a manager. So the manager came around and first thing she said was if we didn’t pay the PPV FIGHT FEE, we’d have to leave. We had just been served at this point. I said, “we’ll leave when we finish.” She was like, “you need to hurry because if you’re sitting here when it begins, you have to leave.”And now the game we came to watch was back on!” Talk about a terrible experience brought on by the manager. And 5 minutes later she came back around and was saying hurry up! There was nothing up talking about the fight etc. I’ll never go back to this Twin Peaks again. And will have doubts about the others now.

One of my friends recently invited me to Twin Peaks, and wow—it had been a minute since I’d been there. Let me just say, if you’re into happy hour deals (and who isn’t?), this place has some seriously good ones that run pretty much all day. I grabbed a honey whiskey and Coke for just five bucks. Five. Bucks. Try beating that! We ordered a few appetizers to share, and the mini tacos were a standout—super flavorful. Pro tip: ask for some salsa on the side to really kick them up a notch. We also tried the mac & cheese, which was creamy, cheesy, and totally hit the spot. Honestly, good mac & cheese is rare these days, so this was a nice surprise. Oh, and the billion dollar bacon? Worth every penny. Sweet, savory, and ridiculously tasty. Now, it’s not all perfect. Parking can be a bit of a challenge—especially if there’s a game or if you show up after 6 p.m.—so plan ahead. But once you’re inside, the service is great, the bathrooms are surprisingly spacious and clean (yes, we notice these things), and there are TVs everywhere, so you won’t miss a single play. If you’re looking for solid happy hour food and drinks without breaking the bank, Twin Peaks is definitely worth checking out. Trust me—you won’t be disappointed. Deliciously Toxic Foodie

Absolutely reach the mountain top of experiences at Twin Peaks Kirby location downtown Houston. I’m currently on vacation from Clearwater, Florida and this is my third Peaks stop of the trip. Meeting the future Miss Twin Peaks and current Miss Kirby Barbie bombshell Aspen has been the highlight of what has been my best solo vacation ever! I came to Kirby fingers crossed my all-time favorite Peaks girl Aspen would be working today. Apparently I’ve been driving with positive karma because when I walked in there she stood at the hostess stand. She promptly walked me to her section and hit the highlights of the menu. I was definitely impressed by her presence and poise. I’ve never met a finer ambassador of the brand. She embodies all of what the company hopes for in a server. She made great menu suggestions and since I told her I love craft beer she made great local suggestions. I’d honestly travel to any Houston area location when I’m in the area just to visit her. I greatly appreciate the service with a smile and her warm heart. She’s genuine. Thank you! Michael J Beal Clearwater, Florida

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Twin Peaks, and I must say that the highlight of my visit was the exceptional customer service provided by Angie. Her dedication and commitment to ensuring a fantastic dining experience left a lasting impression on me.

From the moment I entered the restaurant, Angie's welcoming smile and friendly demeanor made me feel right at home. She promptly seated me and took the time to explain the menu, offering insightful recommendations based on my preferences.

Throughout the meal, Angie's attention to detail was truly remarkable. She checked on me regularly to ensure everything was to my satisfaction, and she anticipated my needs before I even had to ask. It's clear that she takes pride in her work and genuinely cares about the comfort and enjoyment of her guests.

Angie's knowledge of the menu was impressive, and she effortlessly answered all of my questions, making the ordering process a breeze. Her efficiency in keeping my drinks refilled and ensuring that my meal was served promptly further added to the overall positive experience.

What sets Angie apart is her ability to create a warm and inviting atmosphere, turning a simple dining experience into a memorable one. Her professionalism and genuine enthusiasm for her job were evident in every interaction.

Twin Peaks is known for its great food, but Angie's exceptional customer service elevated my visit to a whole new level. It's employees like Angie who make a restaurant truly exceptional.

In a world where exceptional service can be hard to find, Angie shines as a customer service superstar. I left Twin Peaks not only with a satisfied appetite but also with a profound appreciation for Angie's outstanding service.

I highly recommend visiting Twin Peaks and asking for Angie when you do. Her dedication to ensuring a memorable dining experience is unmatched, and she is a true asset to the restaurant. Thank you, Angie, for making my visit to Twin Peaks a...

Twin Peaks often carries a certain stigma—that it’s simply a place with beautiful women serving food. And while it’s true that the servers here, especially Cristal and Halle, are absolutely stunning—undeniably drop-dead gorgeous—that’s only a fraction of what makes this location exceptional.

The real story is in the service, the atmosphere, and the experience these two create. Cristal and Halle aren’t just eye-catching; they’re the kind of team that takes customer service to another level. I’ve watched them work together with such seamless chemistry that they completely change the energy of the room. They don’t just wait tables—they spark conversation, lift moods, and get complete strangers talking like old friends.

Cristal handles the floor with intensity and grace, managing multiple tables at once without missing a beat. Halle’s attention to detail is remarkable—remembering first-time guests’ orders and adjusting for preferences down the line. Together, they’re a well-oiled machine that makes every visit memorable.

I rarely write reviews, but this one felt necessary. The combination of professionalism, hospitality, and charisma Cristal and Halle bring deserves recognition. They may fulfill the expectations set by the brand’s image, but they far exceed them where it...
