Let me start by saying I’m not writing this review to get free stuff. I’m writing it because it’s honestly frustrating and sad that this is what customer service has come to. If this is our future; where people can’t even handle a basic drive-thru order… we’re in trouble.
I went through the drive-thru today and the guy on the speaker was rushing us like there were 20 cars behind me. Reality? Just one car in front and no one behind. Because he was so rushed, he didn’t even catch half the order. When we got to the window, we asked for cheese fries, which of course he claimed we never ordered — probably because he didn’t take the time to listen in the first place.
Then they forgot our medium fries too, and when I said we paid for them, he insisted we didn’t. The chocolate Frosty we got had the consistency of chocolate milk… no thickness, no Frosty vibes. Honestly, I could’ve stopped at Kroger and grabbed actual chocolate milk instead of drinking a sad and lame Frosty.
At that point, I just gave up, told him to have a good day, and left for the sake of my own sanity. The guy clearly didn’t want to be there and wasn’t in the mindset to deal with customers. Read moreCame inside to dine in. Jessica took my order with a smile and confidence. Order was placed at 5:11p and I waited till 5:45p to get my order. Approached counter with another guest in front of me asking for ice because the ice machine in dining area was empty. Gentlemen who was prepping fries did not acknowledge or even looked at the counter to see that we were waiting for help. Finally, a young lady approaches counter asked what guest ahead of me needed washed hands got ice. My turn.but 3 others who came after me while waiting all received their food......gave her my receipt and told her I have been waiting awhile, she tells me my order had not been made. Smh. I told her I'll wait. Finally, my order came I was not impressed but hungry. It appears that all attention is to the drive thru or maybe not enough employees to help prepare food. As I sit here entering this review I hear problems arise at the counter. I regret jumping the gun and filling out the review questionnaire from the Wendy's receipt giving them high marks while I waited all because Jessica gave me such a great experience at the counter taking my order, I thought everything would be outstanding but it wasn't. Read moreI should have heeded the reviews. I normally love Wendy's but the service from this place really is terrible. I went to the drive through today at around 7pm. There was no one there, just me. I got to the speaker and no one answered. After a while I wondered if they were closed, it's Sunday evening but surely they don't close that early. After a good minute I was about to check my phone to see the closing time and the lady finally answers to take my order. I tell her my order and wait for her response. She responds with her same greeting and asks to take my order. Uhhh, okay.... so I tell her my order again. She tries to convince me to get 4 cookies for the price of 3, I tell her I'll just get 1 cookie. My food came out quickly however she didn't even give me my cookie. So I wave to her at the window and tell her I didnt get my cookie, she hands it to me then closes the window. I also didnt even get the sauce I asked for, for my nuggets. I would understand if they were busy but there was literally NO ONE else there. I honestly feel like she didnt want to be there, cause she could have cared less if she got my order...
