I called 927pm to place an order but Alisa said she DONT take orders over the phone after 9pm if the order is more than 20pc wings and said either I place an order online or come to the store, I told her I cant place an order online coz im driving, (on my way to the store) and asked her can i just take 20pc then and I’ll give her my card payment details to guarantee the order, she refused and rudely said NO. I came to the store to place my order and right after I paid, she got a phone call and took an order over the phone. It was clear she said no phone orders after 9p! well…????? Alisa is very rude and unprofessional. She makes her own rules and policies but doesn't stick to them. I asked if I could speak to her away from other customers’ prying ears, I spoke to her calmly and in a manner where no other customers would hear my complaints and disappointments but she on the other hand responded in a tone where everyone could hear her. I told her I am disappointed how she handled everything, Im a regular customer and always do phone orders at this store, and this is the very first time this happened to me. BTW, I also observed how she helped the guys in the back prepare food orders right after she rolled and put away the dirty floor mats, she handled food without washing her hands, very unsanitary and unhealthy! Read moreSo, the 3rd time is the charm and what I mean by that is I’ve ordered from this location three times and all three times the service was tragically horrible. I didn’t want to leave a poor review the first two times b/c I don’t like to rate places off a single interaction. The staff is rude, incompetent, petty, and have poor food safety handling. I repeatedly asked for my order that should’ve been ready. Finally an order was handed to me; I opened and reached inside to pull out the contents—only to discover it was not my order. My name was asked for the third time and when I spelled it the manager told me I didn’t have to be rude. I apologized if my hearing ability caused her to think I was being rude due to my volume and my attempt to enunciate all of my words; then I told her I have a weird name and that’s probably why they just gave me someone else’s order that shared a single sound. They then pulled my order off of the shelf that had been there when I arrived 15 minutes prior. The manager then resealed the bag of food I handled and put it back on the shelf. I asked for a receipt and she refused my request. I told her that was a new experience and walked outside. Once I was outside of the store she told me never to come back to “her” store and told me to get out—although I was already through the threshold. Read moreWe called in to-go order, was filled all wrong. We were not upset. However! The mgr Canyon blamed us once we arrived & said that is how we ordered it!! Sure!, we LOVE to order our food how we DON’T like it 🥴 makes sense. He refused to correct it. It was a new gal who had just gotten confused. Unfortunately my spouse took wrong food & walked out. Turned out my chicken was raw inside & I’m very lucky I caught it as usually my wings are smothered in sauce. But THIS time they had messed up & NO sauce! I called right away & got Canyon - again. He was rude, curt, said I needed to bring the chicken in asap. I told him I would hold it to bring. Next day I decided to call his boss, Brenda, who stated NO DO NOT BRING the chicken here due to cross contamination reasons! She said simply come in for cash refund for that item, as I was nervous to get raw chicken again, & that she would leave a note with her permission. I went when I could. They found a receipt with my name, her writing, nothing about cash refund & she was not there. I am told sorry 😶. Luckily I kept questioning. They brought Phillip to front from his break & he had no problem working with me! He reassured he could get the chicken COOKED if I would like to retry at no charge. He stood & made sure the thicker chicken was cooked EXTRA long time & I was so appreciative he put in the effort to forge a happy customer! Way to go...
