The Nutrition Boost — Restaurant in Houston

Was looking for a place to buy some protein powder to make meal replacement shakes. Just happened to see this place when I took my daughter to Menchie’s & decided to go in a see what they had. I was pleasantly surprised they had a great selection of drinks to offer. While trying to decide which one to try I noticed very quickly all their product were from Herbal Life. I was Super excited as this is a product I am very familiar with & I enjoy it very much. The new owners are knowledgeable, welcoming, & friendly. I felt right at home & was even more excited that I could buy the product directly from their location. I highly recommend you give them a try. I prefer them over Smootie King any day!! Delicious shakes, reasonable prices, and great service!

Can't say I pay enough attention to the healthiness of the food or drinks I normally consume, but if you can offer me a delicious shake without the guilt, I'm more than happy to try it! Add in the protein to fill me up even more, and all that at a good price. A bit out of the way for me, but will go out of my way to come back to try more flavors for sure.

There was a bit of "grittiness" to the shake, that I personally didn't mind, and something people more in the health space might be more used to, but I figured I'd mention it, not as a negative but something people shouldn't be surprised by when getting one of the shakes.

The service was fast and kind, and the place has an overall great vibe, so all in all was a very enjoyable visit! Would definitely recommend, especially if you're looking to handle the want for something sweet without the guilt and...

Today my son and I visited The Nutrition Boost for the first time — and wow, what a great experience! From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed with warm smiles and positive vibes. The staff were super friendly and made us feel right at home.

We each tried different shakes, and both were absolutely delicious — fresh, flavorful, and full of the good stuff. It's rare to find healthy food that actually tastes amazing, but these guys nailed it.
