Ying Tang is a unique concept restaurant. It is a hot pot restaurant where you create your own bowl by selecting ingredients and putting them into the bowl to be weighted. The options include meatballs, fish balls, lamb, beef, seafood, tofu, noodles, and a variety of vegetables. After making your selection, you bring the bowl to the cashier, who will weigh it and charge you based on the weight. You pay when you leave. You can then choose your preferred brothāoptions include beef bone broth (with spiciness levels of 1 to 4) or tomato (which is not spicy at all).
