Customer service the best I wish I remember the workers name but she works at the register from time to time. I even told the manager during the day she gives great customer service! It's all about customer service! But do remember one thing customers make sure you are being served in the amount of time drive thru is being served! Has nothing to do with the employee giving the customer service it has to to do with management handling the store! One time I waited almost 15 min and watched 5 cars go by before I had to say something while there was people before me still waiting to be checked out with their food that they already paid for. Short staff or not. We should not have to wait for drive thru to be cleared. I had an hour break I waited on line for 20 min then when I ordered my meal had to wait again for additional 15 min! Read moreI've been inside twice. Gave benefit of doubt the 1st time as maybe they had staffing shortages. However, both times the floors were sticky and dirty, the condiments area was sticky and the soda machines were not mixing right or working properly and you would get watered down soda/juice. I didn't experience any issues with service.
And although I never experienced management directly, a manager with a nasty attitude and a dirty restaurant makes me wonder about the cleanliness of the equipment their making the food on.
I gave 3 stars for this location because the food didn't make me sick and I genuinely enjoy Wendys from time to time and it really seems like it's a management problem. I gave a 1 rating for the dirty/sticky atmosphere.

I cursed her out. She robbed me ! I had to call my bank and they said i can make a police report if she or corporate does not refund me ASAP! Instead maybe ill call the BBB. I told them they got the order wrong and made me pay for extra fries and wrong frosties and they did not give me a drink i had ordered. I corrected them in drive thru and they gave me attitude.
