No stars. I have ordered pizza from here 2 weeks in a row. I know fool me once...anyway here is the review they deserve. Now this is NOT about all Cassano's only the Huber Heights store. They are the worst I have ever had the pleasure in some 30 years. I ordered a large pep and sausage with extra sauce and an order of mozzarella sticks. The pizza was cold and dry and did not have extra sauce and the marinara was forgotten. I called the number and they assured me the marinara would be on its way. It has been 8 days as of the 25 and no marinara. Yesterday against my better judgment (she wanted it) we ordered the same minus the sticks for the game. Guess what? We received delicious warm pepperoni NO SAUSAGE and NO EXTRA SAUCE. If you can't get a simple order correct then start flipping burgers (Huber store). I called the number once again. They assured me a new pizza would arrive shortly (almost 2 hrs later) and all will be fine. They also connected me to the district manager's voice mail who has yet to return my call (more to come). A new and extremely dry and cold pizza arrived 20 min after the game. The Huber store is by far the worst franchise in the Dayton area. Judging by the lack of response from the district manager no wonder this store is so dysfunctional. I suppose she has so many complaints she hasn't had the time to respond to mine. I will make updates as this situation develops. Will be driving to the Beavercreek store from now on when I want warm correctly made pizza.
Follow up: It has been 8 months or more and not a peep from the district manager or the store. Guess what? I have not ordered another pizza from this or any store (sorry beavercreek store). I'm sure the Cassano's empire could care less about one person's experience, obvious fact, but they have had more than enough time to make things right and have done nothing. you have been warned. If you decide to buy a pizza from them you have only to...

Walked in to see at least 5 dead bugs in every ceiling light (it's winter), including a half dozen suspiciously large ones, then bit into onions in a calzone that wasn't supposed to have them. Cassano's is a staple of the Dayton area, and for many people around here we've been eating it since we could have solid food. The staff and quality can vary a LOT by location, but this is a pretty good one overall. Our orders are almost always exactly right, and we've been coming here for over ten years. In addition to the pizza and other Italian-ish dishes, hey have cold bottled drinks, though no fountain drinks, a couple of pre-packaged dessert pie slices, and a nice selection of Mikesell's potato chip flavors and sizes. Our order is usually ready in under 20 minutes if we pick it up at the store.
If it's your first time at Cassano's, know that this location like most has a pretty small, plain, comfortable but not date-night material eat-in area. Their standard pizza has a thin crust, cut into small squares with no plain crust edges, and with sea salt on the bottom, but you can customize it almost any way you'd like. Their mushrooms are canned, sausage is in very fine crumbles and generous, and crust can sometimes be somewhat greasy, though nothing as bad as Little Caesar's or Milano's. Because the pizza is on the (vertically) thin side, one person can usually do in a small by themselves, though it's big enough to be shared if you're having a salad or other side. Finally, it does reheat really well in a toaster oven or a skillet, if you have any leftovers!
You may not come here for a strip-mall ambiance or an old-school Italian menu, but you'll find yourself coming back over and over for the pizza, side dishes and quick,...
Read moreNegative reviews don’t go to the store itself. Everyone I spoke to at the Huber heights location was so friendly ...(delivery drivers) As for the call center...terrible customer service Ordered dinner for my children...called with missing items, and burnt items... 1.5 hours later it was remedied. Kids were sleeping call center offered no compensation, just to redeliver (you must hand over previous items) 90 minutes later Spoke with call center, asked to speak with supervisor (storm) that’s really his name, no last name apparently... “I don’t have to give that to you” ( his last Name) Great customer service
No compensation offered...he actually mom shamed me...I asked if he had children...hoping he’d recognize my plight, after waiting an hour for their dinner to be missing and his response was, “my kids would have already eaten dinner by now” really? I ordered as soon As we got home from extracurriculars!? My intention was for them to have dinner... I Repeatedly asked for an immediate superior to no avail. This call center is a joke Oh, btw, asked about obtaining the “recorded” conversation, but the supervisor (storm)doesn’t know how that...
