Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Huber Heights

After receiving pizza with multi pieces of Industrial plastic in the pizza and swallowing several pieces before realizing what was gagging me " Finally got a piece stuck to the roof of my mouth" i called to let them know and was told i was given a refund. when i called back to use refund found out it was only for the food that ended up thrown away not including the 5$ tip was told i had to reorder the same tainted pizza/food as before. Like that was going to happen. told them nope and they said oh well that's what manager said and hung up. then after calling corp, finally got a call from management saying i had 20$ credit there to use however. I let them know after being a long time customer that they could just keep the 20$ and chalk it up to a lost customer after how they handled the situation. Marcos has now opened up right around the corner from us and they will be getting our business from here on out instead. And They have Never served us food with Foreign Objects thru out said food., and the one time we did have a problem they made it right immediately . Domino's has went way down hill and has dropped the ball one too many times finding Plastic all over our pizza was the last straw.. This place, has just become Disgusting with nasty food, and the management is even worse. If you love plastic and other trash on your pizza, and like hearing a manger openly cuss out employees this is the place for you. UPDATE 6/25/2019... Just received a response to this review after over a year and it is for me to use a coupon that is a normal everyday coupon LMAO What a joke response. This domino s Still has not refunded the 20$ i spent on the trash pizza with plastic on it but they offer me a coupon that is not even a coupon but a normal everyday deal. After getting this kind of response I wish i could give them a negative...

Ordered at 1:50, followed my tracker, called the store a little over an hour just to maybe get an update on my order ( keep in mind yes it's a little snowy out) guy says our drivers are doing the best we can...cool great, understand that! Now at 2 hours ( 3:50 ) I call again and just said hey, wanna do a refund I've been waiting for 2 hours now and lady on the phone said that's impossible ( not hey let me check your order or let's see what's going on....) I said it said so and so left at 3:30, she said sir that was 10 minutes ago, I said I ordered at 1:50. So then she got my refund started and of course the pizza shows up! I came out and told the guy hey I ended up canceling my order.....didn't say nothing just turned around and...

I will never in my life order another pizza from here for one I used to order pizza from here all the time for my son who's love they Pizza well this particular day I ordered two medium pizzas get home! No pizza sauce 🤨🤦🤬 I was so upset I called next day they tell me I should had called the day of it happened! It shouldn't never happened! I had both pizzas I did not want my Money back and I did not want another pizza it was the rudeness of the man that answered the phone! Didn't say I'm sorry we will make you another One NOTHING!!!!!! I will NEVER!!!! AGAIN it's not ABOUT the money it was the thought that counts to please the customer lost my family...
