So I have a broken back and broken ankle in 2 places and am. I went back today, and asked for the same, but I went inside. Another employee took my order and made a confused face. I repeated, I want a plain croissant and can you heat it please? CAN YOU BELIEVE THEY GAVE THEM TO ME COLD!!! So I gave them back and asked if they could heat them? Confused she said "like a toast?". I said, just microwave it a few seconds. So they heated it so much that I threw them out.

Read moreOn the 23rd of this month I had the misfortune of choosing BK for my lunch. The order came wrong, we went back and said that one of the orders was missing an item. I had a question and called the attendant to ask if I could upgrade it, but he, impatiently, rolled his eyes at me, answered me very arrogantly and turned his back before I even finished speaking. I was very sad and left without my order. By the way, I tried to get a refund but the app is programmed and did not solve my problem. I work in customer service too and I know it's not easy! But if you're not having a good day, go home. Or if you don't like your job, look for another one that fits your profile.
and from what I saw in other reviews, customer service is constant. It's a shame, because for me, BK in Hudson...
