Legit went three days in a row and the first time I went I order a med ice caramel swirl cream 2 sweet an low and a boston cream and a cholate frosted. What I got was a boston cream and a glazed my coffee had no caramel swirl day 2 I figured I'd make it easier so got just a med ice caramel swirl regular and a boston cream they gave me no sugar. Day 3 I just got med hot reg and they gave me an iced got it wrong every time it's truly amazing I used to work at dunks so I know how easy the job is like come on never again the one on washington street right before mcdonald's is even worse the one in the cvs plaza is the only one you should bother going to it's a sick joke going to any other...

One stars all I can do, but I’d go negative if possible. I go there once a week and with the virus going around I order ahead, I’ve used the On-The-Go part before everything was closed down as well and yet my foods never ready, they always make it once I’m there.. whats the point of ordering ahead even when its slow my foods never ready and somethings always wrong or I’m missing parts of the order every single time. How many days do I have to get a bagel changed from what I ordered and never get any type of refund, or how many times are my coffees missing the milk AND the sugar or the creamer? Hi , Dunkin......A lot of mistakes, Team leaders Don't keep watch. I myself left at pickup Area Inside Dunkin noticed by leader of shift My order was not received and not even marked......So yes To Day Sunday 10/3/20 Same thing asked repeatedly to the order Working window....wrong size coffee and Said I DID not say that to him.
