What's not to love about ice cream and candy. Nice variety here. The young lady who was working alone was friendly and efficient. The inside of the store was clean and well displayed.

It was a beautiful day, so we decided to sit outside in the small court yard. And what a big disappointment that was. While there were several tables, there were only 3 chairs total. Christmas lights still hung up, trash blowing everywhere. No garbage can anywhere on site. Dirty tables, weeds, and blown mulch everywhere. Very run down and dirty looking. It's quite surprising for any establishment, let alone here in Hudson. And I truly say that with zero snobbery. Just felt as if there was no pride involved in this place of business. I was very surprised there wasn't any kind of garbage receptacle of any kind outside. We had to go back into the store to throw away napkins and wrappers, but clearly, from everything strewn around, a lot of people didn't bother to do that. Come on, Hersheys of Hudson, you can do better. No one wants to eat ice cream in their car. Especially with children involved. Wish I had gotten pictures of the outdoor...

Excellent ice cream, poor service. On Sunday December 30th. I stopped in to get a couple scoops of ice cream. I was the only customer in the shop at 12:30. I felt guilty for having to use a credit card for a small purchase so bought 4 chelate covered ores as well. The girl swiped my card, flipped the tablet up for me to finish my transaction and went to the back as it printed my receipt. I also left a tip, she never came back up to the register to give me my receipt and complete the transaction, as she was doing something on her phone. After standing there for what was an awkward while, I finally ask her if I was supposed to tear off my receipt, and she replied yes, and continued with her phone. Now as I am sitting in my car writing this review her Panera delivery just pulled up with must be her lunch. Wonder if...

First time here ever. Very disappointed. I saw that they had ice cream so I thought I would try some even though they said they don't normally give a sample oh, they did give me some samples of their ice cream. After choosing the flavor I wanted, I had asked for whipped cream. I hadn't tried my ice cream while I was in the store so after I left I finally started eating it, only to find out that what they gave me was not whipped cream at all.

It tasted like Cool Whip. Which is not whipped cream at all. I've never been to a place that sells ice cream and when you ask for whipped cream they give you a fake whipped cream. I had to throw it out. It was terrible. Sorry, but, I would...
