I ordered two bowls to be delivered on Mothers Day. I pre-ordered them 4 days in advance. When I checked on my order scheduled for 10:45am, it had been changed to 12pm without my knowledge. I changed it to 11am because now for some reason this is the only open slot. Two days later I check again, my delivery time has once again been changed. I change it again the night before Mothers Day, back to the morning. I wake up on Mothers Day, check my order (I am 3 hours ahead time difference) and my order was not delivered it was cancelled. Now don’t you think this could have been cancelled anytime in the FOUR DAYS prior to the delivery date? Of course it could have, but it wasn’t. And my Mothers Day gift was ruined due to lack of concern or care for your customers orders. Definitely will not be ordering again and will advise my friends and family to stay away. Complete lack of care. If you have this little concern for your customers orders, then I absolutely do not trust the cleanliness or operations...

Our Everbowl experience was exceptional. I placed quite a large order for over 90 bowls and my staff provided high praise for the delicious treat. They packaged over 90 bowls with such care and ensured that the delivery boxes had cool packs inside so each bowl would stay cool. The added bonus was the cool purple spoons! I would highly recommend using everbowl for staff meetings, special events, group functions, or just a family outing. Each everbowl leaves you wanting more as they are absolutely delicious! Beyond irritated with this company. The store hours posted online are open till 8 PM. On the front door it’s posted closes at 8 PM. I arrived at 7:45 PM. All the lights were off doors were locked and it was completely shut down. I didn’t see any staff getting in their cars and driving away they had to close at least a minimum of 20 minutes before 8 o’clock. This company needs to post the correct hours of operation or fire the employee that’s leaving early.
