UPDATE: No employee told me it was going to be frozen strawberries - FRESAS CON CREMA - I just went to buy fresas con crema. They were just milk or whipping milk without any flavor and the strawberries were frozen, literally a cube of frozen strawberries put on the cup.

I have been to several snack places in different areas of town, and fresh strawberries are always used and the crema has some taste to it, so my expectations were pretty basic and standard, not to mention that the picture next to the menu definitely shows fresh strawberries.

The service was regular, place was clean and pretty.

Please, before you even comment that I am just a disgruntle client, take a moment and reflect on your prior answers to anyone that leaves a bad review and instead of blaming your clients on each and everything the mention, you improve and do better, that way your business thrives.

After work I was had the urge for a sweet treat. I saw a new place that had opened up across the street from my apartment off 59N & 1960 which turned out to be an Ice Cream parlor called La Michoacana Fundadores. They offer a large selection of delicious, imaginative, fresh and flavorful Ice Cream. I chose one of my favs a Banana Split. I chose three flavors named Chocolate Paradise which used many types of chocolate candies, nuts and what I tasted chocomil or Mexican Coco, Fresa Leche or strawberry Ice cream and my third choice I don't remember the name but it had dried Pinapple, dried papaya, coconut and nuts. All put together with a banana, whipped cream and topped off with chocolate sauce. It was a bit high in cost over $9.00 but, other places just use Ice cream outa a machine which is one flavor but, then the flavor comes from the toppings. Here you can get different flavored Ice cream and it's made fresh instead. They also offer Tacos, Ramen Soup and many other drinks & snacks. Houston Reviewer Here 👋🏻 Here goes to my opinion. ▪️Place was very clean and presentable. ▪️There we’re too many chairs in my opinion and they are very bulky. People had to maneuver around to get from one place to the other. ▪️First thing I noticed was that there was no full menu. The Menu is only the pictures on the wall and there was a short menu with some of the items but not everything is listed. For example the tacos, agua frescas etc ▪️There was also no prices listed next to the picture. You either have to ask for every item or just be surprised towards the end 🙃 ▪️We ordered 2 small ice-cream cups, 1 medium ice-cream cup, 1 takis with cheese, 1 hot Cheetos with cheese, one elote blanco and one banana split and paid around $32. ▪️staff were nice 👍🏻 ▪️ice-creams and chips were good.
