So I went to this Starbucks and got a hot chocolate for my daughter and she asked us to move by the door so we did and I asked "is this good"? and she no you can't be by the door and said move further and she only told us this no one else for some reason and so I just sat at the chairs instead and she continued to tell some employee that worked at Target "dang everyone has attitudes today" just so we could hear it and so all I'm gonna say is "Autumn" better learn some manners or work some where else U work at a Starbucks like really learn some hospitality. The service is consistently great, no matter the time of day or barista. The food & drinks are usually good, and the rare occasion that the coffee wasn’t quite up to par, it was more on the Starbucks supply side of things than the location itself.

Than the manager I assume steps out the side, stating she’s leaving etc having a quick huddle with the employees, while I stood there. No acknowledgment to the consumer was done. Please, do better.
