Definitely like others said before, this is probably by far the worst Starbucks you can ever experience, unfriendly staff with slow attitude no customer service whatsoever and no smiles at all, specially the blond lady (cashier or store manager not sure) she seemed to hate her job and being there to serve people. I don’t know if Starbucks management ever audit their store performance but this one definitely needs a huge improvement bcz it’s ruining your reputation. I don’t usually drink Starbucks and this adds on another reason for not going back. Read moreThe cashier was rude. As she finished with the guy in front of me she walked away without saying someone would be with you. Then the manager came up and asked have I been helped she said no. Then, took the order. As I was waiting the cashier that was helping at the register finished my drink then puts it down while I was right in front of her. I asked may I have my drink? Read moreI was concerned about a Starbucks inside of a Macy's, but I was quite impressed with the stellar service of cashier Alexie who wore a bright smile as she took my order. Upon tasting my order, I could tell the coffee didn't have cane sugar.
Manager James quickly resolved the issue and offered to remake the order, which I contested. He said, "I just want you to be happy with your order..." This is the type of service deserving of all customers and I am privileged to receive this level of service and respect! Great...
